Compton Dental Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

I was extremely anxious at my appointment because of bad past experiences at other dental offices; however the staff were so friendly and patient with me. The facility was very clean. Dr. Compton and the staff were very knowledgeable and down to earth. Dr. Compton took his time and explained to me every option I had and every detail about it all. Overall I am very impressed with my experience.

So thankful we found Dr. Compton and his staff. They have been nothing short of amazing in the extensive dental needs of my son - and as the journey continues - I can’t imagine entrusting him to the care of anyone else. I’m beyond grateful for how comfortable they make him, the care they provide, the detailed knowledge they share, and the commitment to kindness. You will not find many dentists with this level of expertise, patience, and personalization…and his staff most definitely matches his five star level of service. So thankful for them all!

This office and the staff are amazing! I have a lot of anxiety about having dental work done, but every single person I interacted with was super friendly and reassuring. I was offered several different options for treatment, all at different price points and I didn't feel pressured to choose the most expensive option. The office itself is very nice, clean and welcoming. Over the years I have visited several different dentists in Marshall County, but Compton is hands down the best. I HIGHLY recommend this office if you're looking for a dentist!

Sweet people! I had a mild freak-out at the start of a procedure. Dr. Compton and his assistant were so understanding, kind and patient. They made sure I was comfortable before moving forward and treated me with such kindness.

Also, I’ve never had a problem with billing, obtaining appointments, or getting seen quickly during my appointment time. It’s a great practice.

Dr Compton and his staff are great. They listen and care about your quality of dental health. I trust them to take care of these old pearly white teeth with a tinge of gold until death do us part. Thanks for a great experience.

I am so impressed with Compton Dental. The staff were very friendly, Dr. Compton was kind and knowledgeable, and the entire building was immaculate (seriously cleaner than some hospitals I've been to). I also find their prices to be fair, even without dental insurance.

Everyone is always so friendly and kind! We love Kymberly! She is great with me and my son, who is 6. He never minds going to the dentist! Dr Compton is very nice as well! The office is always clean and we get in and out very quickly! We love Compton Dental!

All the workers are great and treat you like family. Dr. Compton goes above and beyond and give you the best advice. Let’s not forget about the lady at the desk after your appointment. Pennie Elmore she’s always on top on making appointments and getting everything all set up for next visit.

Update, 4th visit: I had a bridge come loose, and needed to have it reseated. As usual the appoinemt went smoothly!
The staff are friendly and help their patients feel cared for and important. The bridge was reseated and feels firmly placed, and secure. All of the staff there are kind and caring, and Dr. Compton is careful and gentle. Rating is A+!

So, I just had my second 6 month visit. I got there early and was greeted sweetly by Savannah, and then called back before I could even get comfortable in the waiting room chair! The hygienist was through and did a great job cleaning these old teeth! Dr Compton was kind, friendly and through with his exam. Just a note here, between these 2 semi-annual visits, I had a cap pop off and had to make an appointment to get it put back on. That went smoothly and it is still in place! So back to yesterday, I was as comfortable as I can be at a dentist office, and will definitely be back in 6 months!

First visit:
I had to change my appointment twice because of COVID-19 and then dental insurance start date, Savannah was very kind and helpful. My actual visit yesterday was great! Best dentist experience ever! I've had a lot of dental work done over the years due to dentists who want to do the most possible work and charge the most possibly high prices. Then there was the one who kept the gold bridge and opposing gold cap without telling me that I could have kept the gold!
Dr. Compton was through, kind and very forthright concerning my dental situation. In spite of my being raised in an era when fluoride wasn't available in private well water, nor the fact that my folks didn't let me have sugar in my formative years, he did not question why I have had so much work done. I will definitely keep my 6th months appointment!
Compton dental is worth it!

Pleasant welcoming and still professional. Timely. Concerned about comfort and dental health. My hygienist, Tiffany, was efficient and explained everything before she started. I was a bit anxious and she set me right at ease with a bit of conversation. Dr. Compton took the time to explain the workings and possible resolution of a dental issue.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Dr. Compton was very friendly, got a good checkup. Dr.Compton ask if I had any concerns. I do appreciate him asking. Felt like he really cares for his patients. Proud to say I will continue using him and his staff.

I have used this office for years. My first impression of Dr. Compton was he is to young to be a dentist, after the first office visit I was assured he was very knowledgeable and knew his business.
All the staff were very friendly and Dr. Compton answered all my questions. I was completely satisfied and my fears were gone.
