Red Dot Storage

Lindsay was amazing, and even promised to save me from a burning building if I need it. She has me fixed up in 3 mins flat and on my way!

Was looking for an economical place to store a utility trailer outside and Red Dot had it. Needed to get the trailer out of garage, but didn't need to spend more in a year than the trailer may be worth. Got a reasonable rate for outside storage.

Everything has been great! Quick and easy process to get my storage unit. Best price in town too!

Easy to sign up, several options to choose from, good customer experience.

They look nice but never used them

I am In Alabama but the person answering the phone was in Colorado. She had an accent that made it hard to understand her. They said I COULD NOT see the unit before renting it. I only rented because I drove over to check the location and the property supervisor was there working on something and showed me around. Also when you get the gate code they tell you it needs a star before and a pound sign after the number. Companies I own are run better

Two price increases back to back does not sit well.
In addition I have some hassle over the spot I had been in forever after you guys put numbers on the slots. When you did I was told I needed to move it over one spot but there was no one in that spot. I asked to just change my number and was told that wouldn't be possible.

Do not rent here! This place is a mess. No proper signage for spaces, still piles of debris from Hurricane Sally last September and the parking for boats looks like a junk yard. Abandoned cars, boats and trailers. They took my money before they let me see the actual parking spaces and then when I called and told them there was not signage for my space they offered a refund but not the $15 admin fee. This is poor customer service at best. I would never leave my valuable boat here! CLEAN UP!!!!
