Wind Chase Inn

Room was clean and smelled nice... didn't see one roach but I think because of the landscape business behind the hotel,there were ladybugs which was a nice change and surprise that made me feel lucky. They couldn't allow me to stay an extra 2 hours past check out time which was disappointing but it was a housekeeping issue so I understand. They made fresh coffee daily, they were friendly and hospitable. They were concerned about me when I booked another night due to waking up with a migraine and sinus infection and had no issue with taking care of it while I laid in bed well after check-out time. The only thing I suggest towards the manager and crew is the grease the front doors henges and because they stick open or closed because it's hard to open as well. Other than that awesome staff who were friendly and hard working. I'd recommend this hotel to the most pickiest of associates and acquaintances.

I’m just traveling through the area, I work third shift and this hotel was amazing. They got me and my two dogs, one a German Shepard right into a room. They had parking for my camper, and when they planned maintenance was inhibiting me from falling asleep the manger personal asked them to work in a different area so I could fall asleep. Wonderful staff!

Its a cheap hotel so its not crazy luxurious but the staff was very friendly and theres a waffle house and gas station within walking distance. Its also right off the highway which is nice. We've stayed here before when we go to Conventions in Pensacola and its always been a pleasant stay.

Customer service is excellent. Jasmine was very helpful, as well as lovable. My daughter and I both agreed it was as if we had known her forever. Rooms clean. Nice, social and peaceful people! We will definitely return! For the money, you can't beat it.

This establishment is amazing and the ladies are awesome. Rooms are clean and extremely nice. Changed from bay inn to here and am extremely pleased. The ladies got us in early knowing we drive a 🚚 they rushed to get a room ready early. Couldn't be happy. Definitely recommend this place. If we need to choose between here and Bay Inn I strongly recommend Wind Chase! And the best part they give a discount to truck drivers.

Couldn't ask for better customer service... and the rooms are exceptionally clean and quite... we will DEFINITELY book here for our next stay in the area !!

We stayed here for vacation had a wonderful time the staff was wonderful very friendly. There was this one employee that was the best her name is flow. Very very sweet. And the hotel manager was wonderful very helpful and sweet. The only complain I have is the young man that works at night very very rude I asked him if I could use there scissors and he was very ulgy with me 😡😡 didn’t appreciate that. Thanks 😊 for a wonderful time.

I am giving this place 5 stars - compared to other hotels in this category of course.

For the purpose that this hotel is made for (stopping on the way to/from FL) it will meet all your needs and the PRICE is great.

It’s clean, the staff is friendly and pleasant, it’s located close to major highways, the beds are more than sufficient, coffee in the morning at front desk, and there’s a waffle house 100 feet away.

This is just a place to stop for a night and it’s perfect for that. Don’t pass up if you’re looking for a quick one night snooze while your traveling.

Excellent customer service. LaRita I think was her name, was very helpful super sweet and was the reason I chose this inn. 1st impressions on a business is the phone call and she was so pleasant. I checked other inns the area but they were out rude (especially Bay Inn and Suites) the room was also very nice. I highly recommend.

Great hotel, immaculately clean!

The staff at this place are wonderful! There has not been a time ever that I’ve gone to anybody on staff with a need that they haven’t accommodate me, might I say with a smile and is there anything else we can get you! We are regulars and it’s this way every time!!

Clean well lit rooms. Not gonna find 5 star turn down service but definitely not gonna regret booking.

The Wind Chase Inn is a wonderful place if you have pets. They have pet friendly rooms as well as a friendly staff. The rooms are spacious ,clean , and well equipped. The rates are reasonable and they are most definitely an extremely accommodating to individuals with special needs or specific requests

Very nice and helpful staff. Stayed there for three weeks due to work and never had any problems. If I work around the area again I'll definitely be staying there.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The room was clean and well equipped. The location is great with many restaurants near by.

Clean place, and welcoming staff. Stayed here for about 2 months straight while looking for a place to live. The price was reasonably cheap and had tons of parking. I got a room for my dog and I, recommend for anyone needing a motel to stay at in the loxely area.

Room was clean. But the staff was all around AMAZING. I will be back soon! Thank yall so much for saving me during ny trainwreck trip as i have named it. My hotel was the best part of my trip.

Holy jesus this place is like the Taj Mahal. It looked like a typical motel from the outside, but boy was I surprised. The showers are a warm cascade of relatively heated water and the towels are consistently white. The decor is wall to wall carpet with a decadent blue-green theme. Breakfast consists of deluxe Arabian coffee. Highly recommended, will stay again.

Great place to stay overnight or long term....staff is very friendly....Theresa , the manager, is always very kind and helpful. I recommend this place to every one. And the location is perfect.....close to the interstate and access to all the great sites is right around the corner.

The room was very clean and the bed was awesome. Not to mention the shower 🤗I would definitely come back . They take really good care of their Inn
