Had them deliver a beautiful dozen yellow roses to my wife for her birthday. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She had them within 3 hours of the order. The roses were huge and still look great almost a week out. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Great florets, reasonable prices!!

We ordered flowers for decoration a week and half early. They were supposed to make one additional one. They asked for a week to get the other one ready because they were so busy. They didn't have it with our order laid out. When we inquired they were short and curt with us. They said they didn't even remember us placing the order and could not find it so they had to make it for us while we waited. They are supposed to be an outlet store but greatly overpriced. My mom paid double what we paid last year and the flowers were just as pretty. We were referred by a friend there but she too was not treated well. She lives out of town and they were supposed to call her for her order for decoration but they never did. I think they have too much business because they overlook people and orders and they lack customer service and were really rude.
