Nile and his associate in the copy/shipping area went above and beyond tonight helping me to package up a very awkward sized package. Even though I showed up with 5 minutes before they closed, their customer service was great. I kinda expected to get some complaint about the time and closing but they did not do that. They both busted their rears off helping me to get my package bubbled wrapped and safely boxed up. Thanks guys!

CJ got resourceful and saved me half off my lable printing and in the time i needed it.

I had to come in several times last week with printer issues. Each and every time they were fast, friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that they recycle old electronics and have a rewards program for recycling ink cartridges. Thank you!

I love this store! Every time I've gone into the store needing something, the staff has been friendly and very helpful. I bought all of my printers, a copy machine, ink, paper shredder, and office supplies from this Staples in Ames, and they have all been wonderful products.

I recently bought some home office furniture here and the staff was very helpful and showed me several options. Great experience.

I went to staples for a vaccine card protector. Unfortunately they did not have one. However the staff members were very helpful and we looked at possible alternatives.

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to access from the roads and plenty of parking available.

If they don't have it, they can get it quick and reasonably priced. I don't want to see this store go away.
