I am 70 yrs old and have bought a multitude of new vehicles. I will say that buying this 2024 GMC
Serria 1500 has been the easiest and most enjoyable buying experience. I have shopped 3 states, multiple new dealerships and No one came close to the deal I wanted and received. And on top of that the service was incredible. The dealer was 90 miles from me and I was by myself. They delivered it 30 minutes after I got home. My salesman Tyler W. could not have been better!!!!

My car has been in the shop for the past several months. Each time it is for the exact same reason. I had to drive my car the first two times to wait on parts to come in. The second time I waited was almost two months and I had to call the dealership to find out that the part had been there, but no one could tell me how long it had been there. (FUNNY how that happened) When I carried my husband to the dealership today to return my vehicle for the same issue, I all of the sudden got answers to my questions, people started explaining things and asking questions that they have never asked before, and I got options to my coming issues. Just because I am a female does not mean I don't know what is going on. This is the 6th time my car has been in the shop. I am paying for a vehicle I cannot drive. I am not happy with this situation or the customer service I have gotten.

Overall a good experience. It started out a little rough though. I was a little taken back when we walked in and the salesperson did not know what vehicle we were there to buy. However, this was not Jordans fault, but the BDC's fault. Once Jordan got the vehicle from clean up. He was very professional in explaining the vehicles features to us. It took some time to get the negotiations completed, but a deal was struck that met my terms for the purchase. Finance manager was low pressure and simple. We drove home in our new car very happy. Thank you for working with us to make a deal for our new 2024 GMC Terrain AT4!
