I don't understand all the negative reviews so I thought I would share my experience with this dealership in June of 2020
I drove 4.5 hrs to look at a truck that this dealership had for sale, I liked it and bought it. Because the truck had a rebuilt title and I was taking it across state lines I was needing to get it inspected again by the state of Ga. I expressed some concern to the gentlemen about this and he assured me that if the truck did not pass inspection he would take the truck back and return my money.
I realize there are risk in any business transaction but I felt comfortable with taking this one.
The last part is what impressed me immensely.
I was on the road headed home for a couple of hours when I received a call from the gentlemen we bought the truck from and he informed me I had overpaid by $600 (I paid with cash & check and didn't add correctly) so he informed me he would mail me a $600 check and he did.
I had a great experience with this dealership and would recommend them... Also I got a really nice truck that I love 😃

I bought my first Cummins from them in 2015. It was a 2006 2500 4x4. Very clean truck and the buying experience was great. Never had any problems out of the truck except for minor normal wear and tear things. I put about 100,000 miles on it before I sold it and it’s still going strong, I would definitely buy from them again.

This was a experience that I was a little shy about in the very beginning, but I was only looking at pictures until I called and got more information. I had spoken to "Roger" and the conversation was. I would say better than I expected. Really peeked my interest, so much as the more I thought about what was shared and told about the 2000 S-10, I had to drive from Western Alabama to the location of the 2000 S-10 in Albertville, Alabama. Once I got there was greeted very pleasantly by another great person name "Kenny" we shared some wonderful conversation and as inspected the Little Chevy S-10, I was amazed how "CLEAN" the unit was. Now mind you I have seen alot of S-10 in my search for something that was clean, and simple in the market that I was willing to go, and that search was nation wide and I am so glad that I came across GM SALES, LLC when I did because this is right for the budget, clean, and I mean extra clean, that the ashtray had never been used, and hear it is December of 2022 and the S-10 is a 2000, that is 22 years of clean. So clean that I was offered to test drive, that I declined because this 2000 S-10 was taken care and I could feel this unit is going to be perfect. The deal was made and I could not be any happier for what I was told about the unit, it was just like the pictures, clean and like new for a 22 year old unit. And hey Roger and Kenny your wonderful people for all your efforts, and I wish you all the continued success in what you do, and I will for sure keep you in mind if I ever need or want another clean unit like the one I had the great pleasure in purchasing from GM Sales ,LLC. Thank-You very much, y'all made this a great experience.

So glad we made the 2 hour drive to Albertville! Roger was very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciate the no hassle no pressure sales approach. We will look here first when we need another truck for our Dumpster Rental business! Oh and the dinner recommendation for Papa Dubi’s was on point!
