Panini Pete's

I’ve gone here twice now and loved it both times. The service is pretty fast and efficient. As long as you don’t come here with a big group you should be seated pretty fast. They say 10 or 15 minutes but find you seat pretty quick.
The beignets were good. You can’t really screw up a beignet. The Sandwiches were obviously great though. I would suggest getting a side of fries instead of chips as well, but they are little thin for most people’s standards. I’m kind of a fan of thinner fries though.
The atmosphere is pretty nice as well. The walk up is pretty with trees and vines all around. It reminds you a lot of New Orleans with it being “The French Quarter”. They even have a little cat that lives outside and you can pet him. Cool cat.
In the end, I would definitely recommend trying it if in the area and want something that feels healthy. There’s a lot of burger joints around here and not a ton of sandwich shops. Definitely got to check it out.

We sat outside with our 13yo, 5yo, & 4yo and got beignets and a smoothie. I was surprised about exceptional the smoothie that my 13yo ordered. Although they were very sweet with our kids, it’s not exactly geared towards kids. Service was good despite them being really busy.

Y’all. The beignets were the absolute best I’ve ever had. This place is so quaint and beautiful too. I loved the fountain and beautiful trees. Our waitress was so kind and attentive. MUST eat!!

We enjoyed our lunch here. Neat atmosphere. Friendly service. Delicious food and great prices. They were super busy but still seated us fairly promptly. There was a pretty long wait for the food but it was worth it. Great lunch!

What a fabulous restaurant!
This gem is hidden behind a few other store fronts, so it's not right on the main strip.
We stopped in for an order of beignets and they were delicious. Very light and fluffy, and smothered with the perfect amount of powdered sugar!
And there are two friendly, local kitties that live in the area and you can pet both of them!
We plan on returning soon for lunch!

On our way through to Mississippi and we thought we'd stop and check out the town. We ran across Panini Pete's and thought we'd try it. The food and service was great, I had the Muffalate, and the others tried different things. All were great. If you're in town and are hungry, it's worth the stop.

I can definitely say, Loki gave Panini Pete’s a thumbs up! He loved his big bowl of water and possibly stole a bite of his moms burger and her fries.

The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere is amazing. It feels so relaxing and peaceful, and we love that we are able to bring our fur babies with us as we enjoy an outside dining experience.

Our burgers were cooked perfectly and the pasta salad was a perfect side dish!

Plus we had wonderful service as well.

Took the advice of our waitress and ordered the Black and Bleu burger but substituted goat cheese for the Bleu cheese and omgosh, it was amazing!

First time at Panini Pete's. Very busy but still recieved great service and was quick. Had the french toast and classic breakfast panino. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a unique experience tucked away in Fairhope.

This place is the best ! Food is so good and staff is wonderful . Our waiter was so attentive and made our experience great !

We typically eat at Panini Pete’s for lunch and it is always delicious, so tonight we decided to try the dinner concept “Pizza and Pasta” and it did not disappoint. Everyone should be running to the French quarter in downtown fairhope to try the bruschetta appetizer and enjoy this delicious carbonara. The shrimp fra diavolo also did not disappoint. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu! Also one of the best happy hours in the area with a $10 bottle of house wine and $2 domestic bottled beers!

The food is amazing, the service is awesome and you can't beat the atmosphere! We order lunch for our Running Wild staff every Saturday and this is always everyone's choice! You are always in for a treat with Panini Pete!

My FAVORITE lunch spot in downtown Fairhope has transformed into a perfect pizza and pasta staple. Happy hour wine and apps, fresh house made pasta, and a huge menu of favorites and pasta creations make this my 5-star choice for casual dining downtown.

Great spot for lunch! Accommodating to vegetarians/vegans. It was really hot outside but we were still able to sit at a table with our dog. Servers were very friendly, amidst a busy lunch rush. Would definitely go back!

Best gluten free panini we’ve ever had! Our friends treated us to their favorite lunch spot. Our waitress was funny and fantastic. She helped make our first visit memorable. The garden house that we sat in was beautiful.

Son and I had breakfast which was delicious. Like the new breakfast menu. Pictured is the banana walnut French toast and monte crusty sandwich. ❤

We come here when we are downtown and want to eat. We like their breakfasts and their lunches. One of our favorite servers, Tawny, always takes great care of us and is as much of our reason for going back, as the food is. We always feel welcome and appreciated. I am hooked on their beignets (sp?) and their muffeletta (sp?) sandwiches. My wife loves the burgers. Now I have one of their Mardi Gras shirts for the parade on Saturday!

They customized mine for me without question. They were delicious and made with fresh ingredients.
Staff was super friendly and attentive.
The manager found a spot to fit our largish group and was very nice.
Their homemade chips are amazing!

We have visited many diners, drive in and dives on our travels. This is a second planned stop! A must stop for anyone ifyou're in Southern Alabama.
