American Family Care Daphne

Went to the office because I was having chest pain. The doctor and staff were very nice and exceptionally responsive. They escorted me instantly to the back and ran an EKG. They were all thee nicest people I have ever met at an Urgent Care. I highly recommend this office.

Check-in and wait were very brief. I was very pleased with my evaluation and treatment. I have been to this clinic several times before and have always been happy with the experience and outcome. All of the staff with whom I interacted were very nice, professional and obviously knew what they were doing. I will not hesitate to come back if need be.

This is the best urgent care in the Baldwin County area. They were friendly, caring, efficient, and professional. Check-in, vitals, chest x-ray, COVID & flu tested, and out in under an hour. The NP and all of her staff were warm and wonderful!!

I’ve had to take my children in for viruses and minor injuries several times over the past few years. They are always super helpful and accommodating when it comes to school excuses. Our wait is usually less than 10 minutes before being called back and the nurses and doctors are patient and thorough.

I’ve always had a great experience with American Family Care Daphne. The NP, Emily was extremely helpful and kind. All healthcare workers from the intake attendant forward listened to me and assisted quickly. I highly recommend this establishment for your urgent care needs. They operate ethically and prioritize patient-focused care.

They did an awesome job in a very short time. My chest was feeling filled up and my wife said I had to go! No options. Well it turns out I have pneumonia. And a very good case of it. They quickly determined the course of action. A few shots and a slew of medications and if I follow their directions o will be fine. I am confident in their remedy and will follow it to the T. Thank you so much.

The provider (nurse practitioner) I saw listened so patiently and was very kind and empathetic. He made me feel like my concerns were heard.

Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. I had a very short wait and it was efficiently run.

The treatment plan I was given was thoughtful and helpful.

I would definitely recommend this clinic and will go back if I need care in the future.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a prompt/urgent care, they were very concerned, ran tests, and referred physicians. Heather was amazing, she made me very comfortable and was so friendly. Chris did an excellent job taking my labs, he was also very friendly. Overall a great experience, and I would recommend to my own family.

My “go-to” urgent care doctor. It’s not the nicest looking place you’ll find, but that obviously doesn’t ultimately matter. You won’t find more professional, nice, caring people anywhere else I assure you. Ashley is awesome!

The staff at American Family Care Daphne are the best! My husband and I have visited this location several times for various ailments spanning from a sprained ankle(needing x-rays) to the common cold, and the staff is always courteous, professional and very helpful. In particular Kyle and Heather. These are two very caring, highly trained healthcare professionals that have exceeded our expectations on every visit. They are so incredible, that my husband and I skip going to our GP just see them. I can not express my gratitude enough to Kyle and Heather for their superior medical treatment. Do not hesitate to visit American Family Care Daphne. Thank you again for everything!

Everyone was very professional and so nice. I saw 4 adults during my visit and all were so helpful.

Y’all know, no one wants to go to Urgent Care. It is not a fun place to visit, especially on the weekend. But if you have to go, the staff at Daphne afc is top notch. They were all very sweet and caring to my daughter and I at our visit. Thank you for keeping us happy and healthy. 😁

I went to this Urgent Care because it was a mile from my house, but I will go back (if needed; not just to chit chat) because the staff was so nice, the service was efficient, and my exam and treatment were very thorough.

Super friendly office staff, didn't get her name, but she was only one working Sat. afternoon. She was so helpful to me, who is technically challenged. Nurse was amazing and so careful to ask about my needs. The Dr was just as amazing and very thorough. I will be back if ever a need arises.
