Café Acadiana

Had the best seafood at Cafe Acadiana in Silverhill. Our friend visiting from GA said it was on his “ bucket list” and they did not disappoint! We ordered Alligator to try it out and it was delicious. A must try. All our dishes were delicious. Our server Morgan was absolutely so delightful and friendly. Highly recommend stopping you Can’t go wrong with whatever you order!

This place was amazing!! The food was so good, more than I could eat. Can’t remember the bane of the dish but will definitely get it again.

Had a great meal at lunch. The flounder Pontchartrain with grilled zucchini. Yum.
My husband had the crab cake Pontchartrain and seafood gumbo he ate and didn't talk much. Lol 😆.

Old school. A gem! Fabulous food! Killer Key Lime pie! Silver Hill is a sweet little sleepy village...lovely.

What a hidden gem! Great food, friendly service, clean dining room - no complaints! The crab cakes are soo good! The starter slaw is a little odd, but tastes fantastic! I could eat just a big ol’ bowl of that for a lunch!

How am I just now eating here? Have driven past this place numerous times, heard about it, but just never went. Finally my neighbor said, "Let's GO!" So glad we went. The gumbo was fantastic. My husband has the Grouper Pontchartrain. D-Lish! I had fried shrimp with grilled zucchinni. So Good! Even gave my neighbor a free slice of amazing Key Lime Pie for his birthday. Did I mention how friendly our waitress was?! Great place. We will be returning. BTW it is a BYOB place.

Beautiful dining and clean! Comfortable Chairs for older ppl with stiff joints! Food was excellent, hot and served quickly. Our waitress was just the most pleasant young lady and came with great suggestions. We loved it and will become regulars. 5 stars!

After many years, still my absolute favorite restaurant! My wife and I enjoyed this restaurant so much that I proposed to her here years ago. Gerald (the owner) even helped with the surprise! Very friendly staff and great service here. Went back recently for the Valentine's night special and we were absolutely blown away by the food. This place is already our favorite and we were happy to taste that they are even better than we remembered! If you visit the area and like cajun cuisine, you absolutely must stop in and try, no excuses. Would rate this 10 stars out of 5 if I could!

Delicious lunch! Had the crab cakes and blackened mahi and omg it was good

Went here with another couple this evening who recommended the food. They ordered these delicious fried balls with a nice sauce and a crab cake with sauce on it for our table to share. Im from Maryland and would eat this crab cake again. It was delicious! This is the only restaurant Ive been to since living in the south that has made a crab cake taste like an actual crab cake. I ordered the special- fried Snapper with a creamy white sauce and red beans/rice. The flavors of this dish were balanced perfectly. My husband and I will definately be adding this restaurant into our dinner rotation.

Great spot for Cajun food options! I got the fried catfish with red beans and rice and it was delicious and filling for lunch!

Went for our first time today for lunch. It is a totally unsuspecting place full of goodness! We found it clean, ran into friends, prices were very wallet friendly.. service was top knotch and very friendly. Food was fantastic! They serve meals you would not expect and boy was it delicious! We will be going back! We highly recommend!

Not sure why we haven’t been here before but we will definitely be back. The service was amazing and the food was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back so I can try something new.

Fantastic food with a Cajun flair the owner Gerald Ardoin is a fantastic Chef.

Excellent! Surprising and fully appreciated in a relatively small town. It’s worth the scenic drive to eat there and unlike so many restaurants In Baldwin County it’s open on Monday🙋‍♀just need to add Blue Cheese dressing to the menus. Blue Cheese dressing and hot sauce (Cajun Sunshine) make a great shrimp 🍤 dip. Are you hungry 😋 yet?

We went there for the first time and we weren’t disappointed!! We had Friday specials, both plates were soooo good! My husband is from NOLA and he approved! Their creamy crawfish sauce was especially delicious. we would go there again!

My first visit to this described as SEAFOOD on the marquis. It truly does have a large assortment of seafood entrees. I had blackened fish, with blackened squash. My guest had shrimp, and a side of black beans an rice. Good was served warm, nicely displayed.
Our server Hannah, was most helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and very upbeat, and friendly! The atmosphere was really nice, with a good mix of families, and couples.
The Restrauant is easley located at HWY 104, and Co 55 in Summerdale, Al.
We were not disappointed with the food, service, parking, and location.

Hubbs was visiting a friend in Silverhill and tried this amazing restaurant. The establishment was open, fresh, and clean, which was fantastic. The FOOD. Y’all. The food was so delicious, Hubbs came home singing praises about everything from the Po Boy, Hushpuppies, Catfish, and Shrimp. Now he wants me to make the 6 hour trek and honestly, I’m pretty interested! Everyone needs to try this lovely establishment!

Worth the drive! We go to Cafe Acadiana everytime we go to Silverhill. Quant little town with unique shops and a delicious restaurant. What better way to spend the day!
