Thankful that the staff has always been willing to fit me in the schedule quickly when needed. Dr Greer and Johnna are two of the sweetest and most supportive people I’ve ever met. I’m so blessed that I have such a wonderful team working together to make sure I have received the best care with all of the dental work for my bone support implants and aftercare. I finally have a smile I feel happy about!! They treated me like family and I’m forever grateful!!

This is an amazing Dentist office . From the moment I walk in I feel very relaxed and comfortable The front desk people are great and very helpful. My appointment was so fast that I hardly had to wait.
The lady who cleaned my teeth was so positive and confident that I’m thinking about going back every 3 months.
They definitely make you feel welcomed.

Omg! Everyone was so nice. They greet you with warm smiles and they made me feel comfortable about my x-ray and they took time to answer my questions about the process before me. This has been the best dentist office. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I had an implant done. I wasn't to sure about it, but Dr. Greer would be the only dentist I would let do it.

I moved to Baldwin County last year and had not found a full time dentist. When chewing, I noticed a dull pain in a rear molar so I found Dr. Greer online and called to get an appointment. That weekend, the pain progressed and became unbearable. As soon as his office opened Monday morning, I called and told them about the pain and asked if they could move my appointment up. They were able to get me in that same morning and I found out I needed a root canal and crown. It was so painful but Dr. Greer came through in the clutch for me - I was just a random patient off the street and not yet a regular patient, but he fit me in and helped me while I was in rough shape. Dr. Greer earned my gratitude and trust and I look forward to making him my full time dentist going forward. He has an overall great staff and they are all super friendly. I have been going to Sweet Water for the past year and always have a good experience. The staff and Dr. Greer always take their time to make sure my needs and questions are met. The receptionists are welcoming. Danielle was enthusiastic and flexible when I needed to change my appointment multiple times. I recommend!

I LOVE Sweet Water Dentistry SO MUCH!!!! I have always felt so welcomed and taken care of. Starting off with the receptionist that are so sweet and kind. They always are patient and work with me. Then to the dental technicians, which all have been so kind and caring as well.. Then if course Dr.Greer is just amazing!!! He knows I've had some bad experiences and he is always making sure I am comfortable and most of all NOT hurting. Truly blessed to have him as my dentist. 💕💕💕 My crowns are still holding strong!!! I don't want to go anywhere else, but here.

Implants are in process and I’m thrilled. Everything is going pleasantly well and the staff are professional and very friendly. I’m looking forward to my next visit for crown placement by Dr. Phillip Greer.

Love this office! They are happy, positive and fun. I felt right at right at home from the first visit. Dr Greer creates a wonderful environment for all. Everything is told to you upfront about insurance before you pay. Those insurance companies are tricky as everyone knows. I’ve had a couple of cleanings and crowns and I felt very relaxed. Best dentist I’ve ever been to! 10/10 recommend. All ages are welcome.

Dental cleaning did not include flossing.
They did not offer floride treatment.

Update: office manager indicated flossing and floride treatments are routine and offered provide missed treatment.

Dr. Phillip and his staff are the best! Love their office setting and environment, so relaxing.
