From the person who accommodated the need for a short notice referral appointment through screening staff to the Dr. Anath, professional treatment was provided and questions responded to. An effort was made at each stage to inform me what was happening.

First time there and they had Great staff, the ladies are all very nice and the doctor (dr.Hixon) was great as well! I would definitely recommend them for an ear/throat/nose problems you may have!!

I had no problem with anything and thought they very thorough. They gave me hope for hearing.

Dr Norris and his staff went over and beyond to treat my daughter for a severe case of swimmers ear. They worked her in at the last minute on a Friday afternoon and then stayed late to make sure she got what she needed to feel better. Thank you !!

JENNA, was very professional, super awesome, very knowledgeable and very nice. I would recommend everyone to this office. The staff was nice and friendly as well. This was the most professional office ive been to. Thank tou guys for the professional and quick services!!!!!

Dr Brian Hixon and his staff provide excellent care and follow up to their patients. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Hixon, Sherry, Kristin, and Jenna are wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Dr Hixson is inconsiderate with his patients time. Waited 30 minutes in first waiting room, did not take me after that. I left. Will not return. If I am more than 30 minutes late for work, I get fired. They send you numerous text messages hounding you to arrive on time, why not send a message to you that says "Running late". At least you wouldn't have to sit in waiting room.

Good Dr. Staff is what I would call indifferent. Went there on 2 occasions and on the first time when I asked the person in the front counter about any prescriptions she said no prescriptions to later find out at my second appointment that there was a prescription I should have been taking. I was told I would be contacted for an appointment for some additional testing and never was called as well as they said I would receive a call for hearing aid fitting and I am still waiting on a call almost 2 months later. A complete waste of my money and insurance benefits.

Do not go there. They have very shady accounting practices. If you overpay they will not refund the money. After fighting with them for over 4 months they agree I have a credit but flatly refuse to refund the overage.
