Eastern Shore ENT Clinic PC - Fairhope

This was my first visit and my overall experience was 100% wonderful!!! The front office staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient and the check-in process was very easy and user-friendly. The audiologist who tested my hearing was kind and professional. She explained everything clearly during each part of the process which was a great help in easing my concern and worry. Dr. Hixon was easy to talk with and offered a clear explanation about my ear issue along with a good plan of treatment. The waiting time in every part of the process was short and all the waiting areas and treatment rooms were comfortable, clean, and aesthetically attractive. I feel very happy and confident in this practice.

Excellent care from beginning to end. Office staff members were friendly and professional. Dr. Anath is very knowledgeable and truly listened to everything that I had to say. We discussed a care plan and I left with no unanswered questions or concerns. I highly recommend this practice.

Everyone at the front desk is very efficient & courteous. Jessie in audiology is very knowledgeable, kind, patient & encouraging. Dr. Norris diagnosed my problem, spent time explaining everything to me & put me on a treatment plan that is working well. Thank you!

Dr. Candace Bell works diligently to provide the best care possible for her patients. She is always friendly, professional and makes sure you are happy with your hearing aids before you leave the office.

The staff are professional, the clinicians are nice and professional, the Doctors listen to the patient without rushing the process. They take the time to trouble shoot the issue properly and provide options with a plan of action. And they do it with a smile on their faces from the time you enter and at check out.

Dr Bell is without a doubt the best health care professional I have ever experienced in my 69 years of life! She has taken excellent care of me through my "hearing aids journey". She really knows how to answer all questions and explain things. I love her and look forward to my visits with her!

Dr. Ananth is very impressive, has a warm personality, and is extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns and developed a great strategy moving forward. I’m so glad I was referred to him for my severe sleep apnea problems.

Everyone I encountered at the office was friendly and professional. They were prompt and there was only a very short wait. Dr. Norris listened carefully to me. He explained possible treatments after examining me and looking at the results of my audiology tests. We decided on the simplest first treatment first. I would recommend the office to my friends.

My visit and experience at ESENT was 5 star. The receptionist was engaged, professional and pleasant. She spoke distinctly and loudly. I was scheduled for a hearing screening with Jessica Hinson. Dr. Hinson explained the screening each step of the way and allowed for questions. She could not have been more knowledgeable and pleasant. She recommended a treatment and yearly followed up, and explained why it was necessary. My check-out was smooth, and again the personnel was top notch and so accommodating. My visit to ESENT could not have been better.

I strongly advise anyone needing help with their hearing to visit Jess. She has been wonderful, caring and professional. The office staff and facilities are welcoming and comfortable. Should you find yourself in need of any ENT treatment, please give them a call. Thanks

Everyone was so nice here, and they checked my son's hearing before seeing the doctor! I am used to being sent away for that. They cover a lot of territory, medical -wise! My son saw Dr. Ananth, so I guess from the reviews, he was one of the "lucky ones"! Dr. Ananth is absolutely everything good that people say, kind, personable, and willing to answer any questions we had. And lol, the Wawa that everyone has talked so much about was right next door!

Dr Norris is the best!! He is the only one that ever touches my ears. He has a very gentle touch and he makes you feel it ease. I recommend him to everybody!!!

So let me start out by saying - seriously amazing team! Dr Ananth was incredibly kind, a great listener, and very informative. He provided the necessary testing and next steps to help my son. His nurse was absolutely amazing with my two year old and had him laughing from the moment she opened the waiting room door. The audiologist was fantastic with myself and my son. I cant rave enough about the front desk team who helped me in waiting periods and made him honorary front desk intern. As a first time Mom these situations can be stressful but the entire team was so kind and so helpful.

The front office staff was very friendly. My daughter saw Dr. Ananth and he was thorough and answered all my questions. Recommend him.

Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted by Kristin and Ashley. Alyssa took me back and started my visit off with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Anath is fantastic and I am looking forward to my Inspire implant later this week. Regina set me up with my follow-up visit and all the ladies smiled as we said good-bye. 10/10 for ESENT. I could not be more pleased.

Dr. Brian Hixon is extremely kind and attentive. He took the time to look me in the eyes and have a conversation! He helped solve my problem, too! Kudos 👏

The front desk staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Even though they changed to a new online system between my two visits, their help and assistance made the transition seamless for me.
Dr. Brian Hixon explained the results of my initial hearing test and my options lucidly, in layman’s terms.
Jessie Hinson, Au.D., conducted my hearing test, helped me select my hearing aids, then explained the basics of how to use and care for them. In a follow up appointment next week, she will check my progress, including any difficulties I have in adapting to them, and teach me the ‘bells and whistles’—using Bluetooth and my iPhone to connect and control the hearing aids.
Overall, I am impressed with the services I received from everyone in the office.

Dr. B. Hixon is an amazing ENT specialist Dr. He did a left side cochlear implant on me just a week ago. From PreOp to PostOp, Dr. Hixon took the time to answer all of my concerns and questions. My procedure involves a close connection with my audiologist, Dr. Wilder Roberts at University of South Alabama. If you can no longer understand conversations around you, this could be a huge blessing! I will know more after my receiver/transponder is turned on and “tweaked” for my best possible hearing outcome!

He was able to get me in for an appointment quickly. His positive attitude flowed down to the staff to make me feel as comfortable as I could be
