Sand Mountain Family Practice Center PC

I can't say enough good things about this practice. The admin staff is helpful for getting appointments, and all the nurses I've dealt with are very friendly and kind. I primarily see Dr. Gannon but have also seen Hailey Armstrong, CRNP. Dr. Gannon is personable and easy to talk with, and he's helped numerous times to get past insurance hurdles for RX coverage. I also really like that I can get the bloodwork done there without having to make a separate trip to the hospital.

As someone who isn't very comfortable seeing a doctor, Dr. Gannon always makes me feel very comfortable and is attentive to whatever issues I'm there for. He also went out of his way to find more affordable options for me when I didn't have insurance. All around a great experience here 👍

Did not have a long wait time, but I was a new patient so I arrived 20 minutes early to make sure I had my paperwork completed in time for my scheduled time. I saw the PA Matthew Fallin. He was very assertive and answered questions in detail. The staff was nice and professional.

Awesome Doctors who care and are attentive to what’s happening to you. Wait time sucks, but Doctor Peters is well worth the wait.

Came here originally and saw Dr. Fallin and liked the experience. Unfortunately he doesn't practice here anymore. However, Hailey Armstrong does an excellent job. Enjoyed my experience. Hope to enjoy a fruitful experience here at SMFPC.

SANDRA is rude crude and absolutely horrifying to deal with. 1 Star for being Unprofessional and Absolutely Awful to deal with. I am in disbelief this woman has a job dealing with the public.
