I recently purchased chairs and a TV stand at the Ashley outlet store in Mt Vernon IL The show room there is huge with a good layout for shopping.
The real pleasure is Jamie. She introduced herself and asked how she could help me, I browsed on my own with Jamie checking with me periodically.
When I finally decided what I was looking for she knew right where things were that I might be interested in. She was quick to look up available items to order. Polite, professional. She shopped with me as if she was buying for her own home.

Jamie was the sales associate that helped my husband and I find the perfect bed and adjustable frame that suited both of our needs. She was so knowledgeable about the products, and never once tried to upsell us. She just presented us with the options that checked the boxes for all of our needs, and gave us cost comparisons for everything. We had an overall wonderful experience!

Kudos to Jamie for great customer service skills! She was helpful and worked with me on purchase of a counter table. As I had also checked elsewhere she more than matched their price. Will update with another review once table is delivered and set up.

T.R was extremely helpful with my situation! T.R. Made sure I had my quote that night due to Mattress Firm screwing us over. I am very thankful for his help and appreciate him staying over after hours to get me my quote! T.R. got us in a bed and base the next day and had everything in stock for me to pick up and bring home. The easiest process I’ve ever had buying furniture. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

The associate Jamie was so helpful. Jamie was right there when we had question’s, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sales and promotions that were going on.

My wife & I visited Ashley Furniture Outlet today to look at mattresses. The young woman who waited on us was very helpful & knowledgeable about the various brands of mattresses. She explained the pricing of the different types of mattresses along with the adjustable bases that they would coordinate with. She took time with us even though we told her we would not be buying a mattress today. If you are confused about what mattress would be the best fit for you, I would highly recommend you visit this Ashley Outlet Store.

We came in last minute looking for a king size headboard. Aaron was very helpful in finding what we were looking for without being pushy which I personally appreciate. We ended up getting a headboard, footboard, and rails for a great deal!
