This is a great little park in Daphne, Alabama. It has great walking paths. Many areas of the paths have boardwalks through swampy areas with Cypress trees and the cool little "cypress knees" poking up through the water. You can walk down to a pier and nice beach, you can walk to another park and pier. I walked my dogs there, they loved it! There is a pavilion and bathrooms as well.

It's November 22, 2023 and we are from Kentucky visiting grandkids in Spanish Fort. Went for a 2 mile hike and enjoyed the balmy weather. Trails are well maintained and easy to follow. The trails we took were all wheelchair friendly. Our youngest is 4 and she handled the walk just fine. Highly recommend.

Not crowded and very private quiet place to go for a walk. The trails are easy and stroller accessible to take your little one outdoors

Always a great hike, beautiful trails, wonderful boardwalks and always lots of nature. This is one of the top 10 gems in Baldwin County! Today I found a hooded warbler, a lifer for me, so was super happy! If you hike straight in and take a left you end up on a boardwalk to the water. Beautiful views and a unique place to see shore birds. Along the way the woods provide a perfect opening for warblers, woodpeckers and wrens. Lots of them. I want to go back already!

Amazing park ... A hidden gem in the middle of shopping and living. Some of the trails were very wide and would accommodate a group of friends walking together. Most of the flora was labeled as well as a large sign that showed certain flowers and plants to look for. I will be back, along with the grandchildren, to explore the trails we missed the first time!

Love taking the family and our dog walking here. Always a pleasant experience. Trails are well kept and marked. Not worried about my dog getting into things they shouldn’t. Bathroom well maintained as well. Highly recommend for an easy walk through the woods/on the beach. This is the only good place we’ve found near mobile to take our dog on a safe walk.

Lily and I went to Village point Park, for our walk today! This is a wonderful park, it has two separate access points, and both of the access points have full restroom facilities.
The thing I like about this park is the diversity in the environments, from Village point Park, we start out walking through the woods, and you can even find a boardwalk that connects to the sand bar.
There are a few boardwalks, and one lead you to appear next to the sandbar and the other goes across some marsh area. This is a prime location for birdwatching, I often see photographers trying to get a great shot.
Thanks to the city of Daphne for this wonderful Park!

I have never been to a more breathtaking park in my life, I was in total awe, beautiful walk boardwalks, trees, plant life, beach, and pier, no alligators, or snakes thank goodness. ❤

We walked our dog down this trail that leads to the pier and we saw an armadillo you do have to be careful and pay attention to the directions you're going so you don't get turned around you can always use your Google maps to help you know what direction to go
But you do have to watch out for the wildlife which is nice to be able to observe that part of nature there is a picnic area if you want to take some food out there and sit at the picnic area but let's hope you are smart enough to clean up after yourself 😉

If you’re looking for a quiet spot on the Eastern Shore to enjoy the natural habitat of Mobile Bay, this is the spot! Adjoining to nearby Bayfront Park, this location features a small beach and pier perfect for sunset watchers and nature lovers alike. Walking under the lush green trees that hang over the boardwalk, you are greeted with the waters edge and sand to hangout and take in all of the beauty as far as the eyes can see.

Absolutely love this place. My cat and I went here almost everyday while we were visiting Daphne. He had so much fun playing in the little stream and going on hikes through the trails.

Awesome little place rich in history. From a big Oak that Andrew Jackson spoke to troops under to an old cemetery that looks that it was long lost but now found to some pretty cool trails that lead to the Bay with some amazing views. This place is pretty awesome for a day trip or to get lost some hours.

Great park to visit, fish, and trail walk! The pier to the beach is still damaged, but many are able to get through the entrance. There is also a second way to get there right around the corner on scenic 98, the pavilion.

Always a nice walk to enjoy nature! Love that you can shoot right to beach or take your time on trails if you want to see beautiful old Oak trees and an old cemetery.

Was a beautiful short walk... That leads to a beautiful tree and a beach at the end... Saw some amazing spiders, birds, and lots of cool plants near the boardwalk... Would definitely come again... It does need a little bit more upkeep with the birds nest in the doggy bag holder...

Love coming here to walk the trails. Has a really neat cemetery just off the path and lots of trails to explore. The pier is perfect and nothing beats the view down on the bay. You can always catch a glimpse of some sort of fur creature scurrying around and its a great place to stretch your four legged friend's legs.

Great walking trails. Boardwalks over swamp areas. Trails lead to the beach or just continue on for more nature enjoyment.

Absolutely love it here! A little hidden gem really. It's always so peaceful and serene looking at the beautiful nature. Definitely a great place to do a nature walk. Also, just make sure you keep your eyes open, when they say beware of gators, they really do mean it!!
