Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They delivered on my schedule and made the process smoothe and easy. I am happy with the service and products I received and I look forward to continuing to do business with them. From adapting to my preferred method of communication, to working with my non-traditional work schedule, it was one of the best experiences I have had in the service industry in such a long time! My only concern is when they delivered, setup was not included. I'm not sure if that's standard or if it was product specific. My oven was easy to set up, but my next purchase will be either a bedroom suit or dining set, neither of which I want to put together myself 😂. Fingers crossed its because I ordered a stove this time or paying for set up is an option. $99 for delivery should include setup in my opinion, but the service received during the process of initial contact, purchase, and delivery was above and beyond. They treated all their customers coming in with the same dignity and respect. This is always a plus for me especially with all the touchy and questionable things in today's society! Special shout out to Shasta! She's the absolute sweetest and should get a raise!

I was hesitant about the monthly payments with zero interest, based on the way it is laid out. However, I was able to pay off the bed sets before the end of the 12 months, and I still received a great deal as opposed to paying for a longer term with interest. Not as good as a cash deal but that was to be expected and was explained in advance. I have never had any problem with any of the associates or staff here. They are always friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. And if they don't know, they will find out for you. Even on the few times that I was a few days late, they were understanding. All you have to do is tell them when you will make the payment (plus the late charge) and stick to it. They worked with me every step of the way! Love Farmers!
