Bolton Cove - On Lake Martin

Had a great stay with the family over the week! Had some much needed time off at an amazing place and didn’t break the bank doing it! Plus… you can’t deny the view! I know Bolton Cove will be calling my name again very soon!

This place is AWESOME! My kids and I wanted to get away for a couple of days so booked a weekend here. My friend was bragging about staying here over the summer and I have been wanting to come out ever since. The kids took over the upstairs "party room" at night and I couldn't keep them out of the lake or pool during the day! We will be coming back!

Couldn’t have been more pleased with this rental and location. Just what my family needed to relax and enjoy some down time from the hustle and bustle of our everyday busy life. Pool/playground were awesome. Just beautiful Scenery would highly recommend this place.

The houses are nice and the booking process was easy!

Great property for small and large groups. Have had a few bookings for milestone birthdays and wedding celebrations - great location, space, and amenities - we found a great chef to come in house for a special birthday celebration. Love the space and pool!!!

We planned a family trip to Lake Martin and chose Bolton Cove as our destination spot. We rented houses 9 & 10 and were quite impressed. Both houses were immaculate. We felt at home the entire time we were there! The many benefits include: small gated community of 4 houses sitting in one of the best locations on the lake, the sunrises and sunsets are absolutely gorgeous, it features a small playground, clean and spacious pool area w/a beautiful pool house and adjoining beach area, the luxurious houses on the property are spacious and very accommodating with large balconies and exceptional layouts, the kitchens are equipped with a variety of appliances including a stainless steel range with a built in griddle, a wine cooler and spacious refrigerator are also part of the package, large screen TVs adorn the walls of the living area and master suites alond with exceptionally comfortable furniture and other amenities. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect get-away spot. We highly recommend this location and any other rental that Mr. Courtland Davis has available. We will be returning again on future vacations.
