Joel was awesome. His vibes were very personable and he helped us out with getting the right shoes for the occasion. Sarah at check out was very informative in regards to getting signed up for the rewards system and super sweet as well. My girlfriend afterwards said she wanted to be friends with her.

Good place to get licenses in way to boat launch. Cant recommend the quality of the online equipment. More reasonable than bass pro shop on gear.

The staff was very helpful with helping us pick out a new baseball glove for my son and knife for my husband. We went through checkout very quickly even though the store was busy. Everyone was smiling and happy. It was a great experience.

I was overall pleased with the service but I have to highlight Rick in the Golf department. Never played golf a day in my life and was not there for golf assistance but the guy would absolutely not leave my side until I found what I needed lol. Great guy all around.

I bought a treadmill today (during the COVID-19 pandemic) and pulled up in a SUV for contactless curbside pickup. Thinking we had measured accurately, I had all the seats laid down and ready for them to load it, knowing it would fit. It did not. It stuck out the back door about six inches. I felt terrible because the two employees had to load it for us to figure that out, and it weighed 250 pounds. I didn’t want them to have to unload it for me to drive to a store to find ropes or tie downs that would work, and while I was trying to come up with a solution that didn’t involve moving it, they, without hesitation, went inside (they were not yet open to the public) and got an unopened package of rope, tied the treadmill in securely (including tying down the door), and refused when I offered to pay for the rope. Absolutely flawless, friendly, and helpful customer service. Thank you, whoever you two are - it was very much appreciated!

Great sports place to shop, my son plays different sports an I get some sports apparel here along with hunting equipment. Not real expensive but of course some items are outrageous!! Great atmosphere, employees are nice and helpful!!

JW in the golf section was pretty cool and helpful, and gave me a few tips on my swing.

Alden was super helpful today in shoes. Usually my experience there is horrible. Today was my first positive experience. It was nice to have employees acknowledge you!

Bought a mountain bike for kids Christmas gift. These guys went the extra mile with adjustments and inspections. Other sporting goods stores better up their game!!

It's a nice store, not one of the bigger dicks I've seen. It's one of the smaller dicks. Theres not as much merchandise as other dicks
