The customer service was amazing! Rosie made the process of purchasing a new couch and bed easy. She made my vision come to life. I will absolutely be visiting again.

Michele H. was great to work with. She listened to me and was able to get me the dining table that I was looking for and at a great price. I will definitely go back to Ashley when I’m ready to furnish my formal living room. Also, the young men who delivered my furniture were professional and friendly.

I had the most wonderful experience at Ashley Home Store today, all thanks to Suzi Farber! As someone who dreads furniture shopping due to pushy salespeople, Suzi's approach was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, Suzi greeted me professionally and respectfully. She didn't hover or follow me around the store, which I truly appreciated. Instead, she allowed me the space and time to browse on my own.

What impressed me most was Suzi's keen attention to my body language. She seemed to intuitively understand when I was ready for assistance, never intruding but always available when I needed her. Her professionalism and non-pushy demeanor made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

I wish I could give 100 stars. As soon as we stepped in Ashley furniture we were greeted by Suzi Farber. She was BEYOND amazing. We told her what my husband and I were looking for than she took us around the store to show us all our options. We discussed before going we were not going to purchase anything that day because we wanted a bit of time to research everything) Instead we ended up purchasing because she made our experience amazing. If you our looking for anything please go in and ask for her. I felt like a made a new friend that is how wonderful she was!

We just moved to Alabama and needed to furnish our whole house. When we walked into the store we were greeted by a very friendly young lady named Rosie. Rosie helped us 2 straight days to make sure we were happy with our picks. Thanks to Rosie we walked out with great deals for most of our home. We highly recommend Rosie and Ashley furniture.

Mark, who was our Sales Associate was knowledge about all the products we were interested in. He was able to answer our questions and was not pushy at all.

This particular Ashley store had a great selection of Tempur Pedic mattresses which we knew we wanted to buy. We needed another mattress, but were not set on any particular brand. Ashley has a great selection to choose from, so we were able to get a second mattress as well.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and plan on going back soon to get additional items.

Ask for Tracie if you want someone that will actually take the time to help you build your rooms exactly how you want them. Couldn't be happier and she gave us a great deal and made us feel really good about our purchase.

We have purchased two sets (We recently went back to electric sofa recliners) of living room furniture at Ashley in Spanish Fort, AL and both times were easy. Susie was our sales lady and she is relaxed, professional and friendly. Overall, both experiences were great. Furthermore, the delivery and setup team were on point. Overall, I enjoy shopping at this location.

My 80 year old Mom wanted a daybed, so we shopped Ashley Furniture in Spanish Fort Al. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a lovely sales associate named Christy Stembridge. She was a tremendous help, we did not find a daybed, but Christy listened to Mom’s plan for the room & showed her a couch that had a pull-out queen size bed. This actually fit my Mothers plan for the area better than the daybed would have. Kudos to Christy for her brilliant idea, the couch was ordered & we look forward to its delivery in a few weeks. So happy we stopped in… Thanks Christy!

Overall, I had a good experience. I worked with Rosie and she was wonderful helping me out with furniture selection and ordering. The furniture that arrived was of good quality. I will be going back for more furniture in the near future.

Great experience!!! My wife and I felt very comfortable and the entire team was top quality. I want to particularly mention Suzi. She guided me and my wife to exactly what we wanted. She listened very patiently and spent her entire afternoon to make sure we were entirely satisfied with every step of the purchase process.

Just bought a leather reclining loveseat and our experience was amazing! The store is huge with a big selection. Tracey was awesome and able to answer all of our questions. We will come back for any other furniture needs.
