Walts Auto Sales

I had my 97 Dodge Dually Diesel at Walts from Fall of 17 till a month ago, Drove it up from FL and an order Dodge D150, the 97 Dodge I was told it needed another steering gear box after I has had one put on Previously!

Marvin that was a mechanic there told me it must be the new gear box that was Bad, they put two on, same prob I go to drive it back to FL 6 Plus Months ago and the steering still had play n the Truck!
I then allow Marvin to order a power steering pump and hoses bcuz he said it had to be the prob after installing two steering gear boxes!
Reminder, this has been going on for Months Now, I get a phone call from Marvin saying it Must be the Hyroboost on the truck so Marvin Installs the Hyroboost around Mar 18, I get a call saying prob fixed! Awesome but all the extra gear boxes, power steering pump and hoses, Labor on all the new parts that was Obviously Misdiagnosed, ask them if they could get my 97 Dodge Dually Diesel to the paint shop a few miles away, Mr Dunbar had been waiting for them to drop it off months Prior, I talk with Mr Dunbar over the phone n April and May, he stated my truck was still down Walt's!
I inform a friend from Sinks Grove to pick the truck up an he calls me back later saying the truck barely made it, wouldn't shift and had No power, I come n from FL late May and test drove the truck, it wouldn't hardly move out of it's tracks with Full Throttle, I then drove it up to Master's Auto n Roncerverte, took an Hour to get the truck there bcuz of no power, etc;
They did a diagnosis on it and Found the Turbo hose was off, plus 4 quarts low on Transmission fluid!
Truck had it's power back and the Hyroboost solved the issues with the steering, etc!

My truck drove up from FL a yr Previously!
Drove another truck up b4 Christmas of last year, the truck is down over the hill behind there shop, Keys Lost, Wiper arms and bolts, nuts lying n the truck, Sitting in a field of tall weeds growing up around it!

I've been stopping n Almost daily trying to get Walt's to put another ket switch n, tow it to my Friends property n Sinks Grove and they keep giving me the run-around that Walt isn't n and he Only wants to refund me approx $100 for spending close to $500 on brand new parts that I didn't need installed, Labor, Time of 10 months at the least, I had to buy another truck bcuz of to Unprofessional service, Misdiagnosis lasting Almost an Entire Year!!!
Tried to Resolve this with Teresa and Jim the owner, To No Avail!!!

Never Will I allow them to work on anything I own again! Stay away from them bcuz Marvin even messed up a green Subaru of Jim's, put redone heads on and the motor wasn't n time when he started it, Motor messed up, $1000 the owner even told me and said Marvin quit a few days later!

I bought a vehicle off of them for $4,000 March of 2018. I test drove it and noticed it had a slight jerk to it. Marvin said that it needed an 02 sensor that if I wanted it he'd get it put on while I was doing the paper work on it. The tires was dry rotted so I told them I wanted new tires on it. They agreed but said that the price was firm if they put new tires on it. Ok, so I bought it. It started doing the same jerking it was doing when I told them about it. I took it back to them 7 different times trying to find out what was wrong with it (30 minute drive one way) and they put a new fuel pump and all kinds of new parts on it. It was still doing it!! I finally had enough of taking it to them because they obviously didn't know what was wrong with it. I took it to another garage and they test drove it. Come to find out it only needed spark plugs and wires. I asked for a refund for the money I had spend on the parts and labor because it wasn't my fault they didnt know what they was doing and I had to take it to someone who did but they told me no flat out! Tell me a real machanic wouldn't know that?! It finally come out that the car I bought sit behind the shop for almost 2 years while they built the knew shop. Why didn't they tell me that!?
I refused to take it back to walts after that for anymore issues I may have. Something started acting up so I took it to my new machanic. They put it on the lift and BOTH front tires fall out! Tell me that they didn't do that when walts put my new tires on!? I had to replace both strut mounts because they was so rusted up. I could have had a free oil change with walts but I wasn't going to take my car back to them. I paid for it to be done by someone else! This is a list of things I've had to have do to it while walts was "fixing" my car and then when I refused to take it back to them.

Spark plugs
Wires
Strut mounts (caused by rust)
Sun roof leaks
Gas leak (caused by rust)
2 break lines busted on me (caused by rust)
The other 5 break lines have to be replaced
Springs are rusted and broke on the rear of both sides (caused my rust)
2 motor mounts have to be replaced
Both ball joints have to be replaced
The e-break isn't working like it should.
Catilitic converter
They also fixed the bumper up with tie ties and duct tape
The headlights needed rusted
One headlight is halo while the others are regular.

I have friends that have also had issues with them tearing stuff up more rather then fixing it and charging them to fix what they did.
If anyone want's some good advise I'd advise you to NEVER deal with walts. Rather it be buying something or having it repaired.
Also, jessie is the car dealer who sold me my car. He took advantage of me knowing I had kids and was trying to search for a vehicle on my own to to safe for my kids and I and knew I trusted him. I would feel awfully ashamed of myself if I did that!! They fixed only what they needed to sale the piece of junk! STAY AWAY FROM WALTS!!!! THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!!
