My family has been patients there for 16 years. Dr. Andrade, Leigh, the nurses and the staff have never been anything but kind to us.They are thorough, do not dismiss concerns we have, and always are available when we need to be seen. Although they might not be everyone’s “cup of tea”, Dr Andrade is an excellent doctor and her staff is top notch.

Excellent medical clinic. Dr. Andrade and her team actually care about their patients and spend time listening and helping. I've never felt rushed and the bedside manner is exceptional. It is obvious that they truly care about the health of their patients.

Dr. Andrade and Lea Collins have been my primary care doctor and nurse practitioner for nearly 17 years. I can say that they truly care about their patients. Two years ago my company changed to an insurance company that they are unable to accept. I continue to use Fairhope Family Medicine and pay out of pocket and would not trust my health care to anyone else. Like many small businesses in the area, they have experienced rapid growth over the last several years. With all rapid growth and staff expansion comes challenges and opportunities. They do listen to patient feedback and address legitimate concerns as they arise.

I just had my first experience at fairhope family medicine with Dr. Andrade today and needless to say I felt so taken care of! I called YESTERDAY and expressed that I was having some health concernes and they got me in with no hassle what so ever. Every staff member I encountered was extremely genuine and caring. I love how this office has a homey feel and doesn’t feel like a clinical and hostile environment. I felt as if the Doctor and nurses truly made a point to hear my concerns and help to ease my mind! I am so happy to find a practice that I feel comfortable and confident in!!

What can I say, and where do I start? All hands were on deck! After three years of being cancer free I found a lump in my left breast, again. I was terrified. I immediately drove to the office to ask a plethera of questions. Everyone was so patient and understanding as I was trying to emotionally explain what I was experiencing. They took me in that day, on a Tuesday. They booked me an appointment to receive an ultrasound on Thursday that same week. By Friday, to my delight, I discovered that it is likely dead tissue. For those four days my world was turned upside down. My husband and I were ready to do what needed to be done again. I am so beyond grateful that he won't have to drain my tubes, help me bathe, and keep me comfortably numb. I am beyond grateful to Fairhope Family Medicine!!!!! They were right by my side for the difficult journey. Thank you to the staff at Fairhope Family Medicine!!!! I appreciate y'all!!!!

I have been going to Dr Regan Andrade’s since 2015. Her and her staff are very attentive and take their time with me every time I have an Appt. They take the time to answer any question I have and I never feel rush or that they need to go on to another patient.

One time I had having breathing problems due to a spider bite I got while out walking and they took me straight in with a waiting room full of patients.

I was given treatment soon after being immediately assessed and they had me stay to monitor my progress as I waited for my husband to come to take me home. I had an anaphylactic attack and they saved my life. They called in a prescription that day for me to pick up an Epi pen. I have used three Epi pens since then for other spider bites that I immediately began to have breathing problems for since.

I highly recommend them because it is 1) Easy to get an appt, 2) They are thorough and caring and 3) They even have Quest Labs there to draw blood for testing they send out.

They also have added on to their practice with additional exam rooms and a new male Dr. Corte. So if you have a preference for a female or male doctor they have them both.

Very conveniently located off of the 181 and soon to be a Publix that you can stop off at 104 after you finish your appt or just a dash down south a mile to Walmart off of the 48.

This practice is amazing. They listen, answer question and really care about your over all well being. I really dont have enough good words to add to this review, I only can say they are amazing!!!

Dr. Andrade has been our family doctor for over 10 years and we couldn't be happier! She's knowledgeable, caring and takes her time with her patients. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a new doctor!

I was extremely happy with the level of service and the way my family have been treated at Fairhope Family Medicine. Quick, caring, and helpful. The staff are very friendly and know each of my families names. I feel like they care every time I set foot in the place.

Dr. Andrade is professional, compationate, and kind, as is her entire staff.

I didn't know half of what she wanted done and knew nothing of patient portals sprung a pap smear on me and I'm old..too much prescribed too much I don't need managing just a little pressure meds no thanks lady someone else may love her..

This place has gone downhill in the past year, and really hurt me and my family.

If you want to go to a doctor who actually helps you and won’t judge you or waste your time go somewhere else.

They are more concerned about making money than helping a patient.

Instead of helping me, they suddenly stopped my anxiety medicine for no reason other than religious beliefs or moral values or something. They treated me like a criminal and a child when I asked for more.

This place is terrible, please don’t waste your time.

Called this place telling them I needed an appointment today. They assured me they had some available still for that day, but I would need to fill out new patient paperwork. So, I immediately went in the office to fill out the paperwork. I was then told to call a telephone number to set up my appointment. Why? When I'm already in the actual office? I was then told by the person on the phone they would be back in touch with me in an hour to hour and a half. Finally after almost 2 hours, I called back. Was told they call me back shortly, and they did. Asked about 3 questions about what was going on. This was the first anyone had asked. Then asked if I was available for an appointment tomorrow. No, I needed it today! It would have been fine if someone would have told me that I would not get in today. Instead I have wasted a ton of time, and still haven't seen a doctor. I wish I would have read some of the other reviews before even trying. This place is obviously sub-par judging by the other reviews.

Avoid this practice at all cost. Their screening policy to get in the door is ridiculous. They obviously are not interested in providing medical care to those in need. We have waited for over a month to get a new patient visit. Three days ago, I went to urgent care for sinus problem. They automatically administer COVID test which was negative. I got a steroid shot and out the door. During the screening at our appointment time it was disclosed that I had a cough and was tested for COVID (again Negative). They cancelled our appointment and sent us packing. They said that they do not have proof that any of the tests out there work. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. This is not what I expect for Fairhope families.

My husband and I are new in town and we were looking for a primary care doctor. We went in to get our new patient forms and were ignored by the receptionist . No friendly greeting or acknowledgement just a very surly attitude like we are imposing on her.
So, no thanks! You just lost two customers.
