I came in from out of town for my Mothers Birthday and this was one of the only flower shops open. The owner, Millie stayed late and put together the most GORGEOUS bouquet I’ve ever seen! She had a beautiful array of flowers to choose from and my Mom was Extremely Happy to receive this Birthday Bouquet! 💐🩷

When I called the store I was greeted with a super friendly southern accent. We discussed my flower selection and she gave me pricing options. I absolutely love how my arrangement turned out and my friend nearly cried when she saw it. I'm not from Alabama I ordered the flowers for a friend that had gotten into a wreck. Their customer service skills were great. 💕

They were so kind and did a last minute same day delivery for me. Turned out so beautiful, my daughter loved them. Thank you so much!!!!

A week later, the florist revisited the hospital with another delivery and noticed my flowers had never been taken up to my relative's room.

Some of these reviews were concerning when I placed my order, but I was pleasantly surprised! I had two beautiful arrangements make it to their designation on time with a quick turnaround.

First time I ordered from Huntsville Florist and I was very pleased with the turnaround time from ordering on the Feb 18th and the arrangement being delivered the afternoon of the 19th. They were for a neighbor recovering from being in the hospital, so I wanted the arrangement to look nice. I was not disappointed.

The floral arrangement was beautiful and I purchase a fair amount of flowers throughout the year. Millie was very pleasant and welcoming even late in the evening. I strongly recommend this florist for any of your occasions.

We ordered flowers for a family member's funeral in Huntsville. We worked directly with Mary and she was awesome. We live in Indiana so we were a little concerned about their online rating. However, Mary explained that someone had written a negative review, but the person wrote it for the wrong florist. Unfortunately, there is another florist in Huntsville with a similar name. We gave Huntsville Florist a chance and they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Huntsville Florist and I will continue to use them in the future.

I have had the worst time finding silk arrangements to put on my family's headstones. Until I found Huntsville Florist. I am so impressed with the quality and fullness of the arrangement that I plan on buying all 6 from them for next year.

We needed funeral flowers very last minute on a Saturday. We struggled to find anyone open. Huntsville Florist took our order and did a beautiful job. So glad they were open and willing to help us. Will use again in the future. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! I called with an odd request for this time of year. A bouquet with all the pinecones. With no hesitation they were able to find pine cones make a beautiful arrangement and deliver it same day to my friend who had suffered a massive stroke. I called a couple days latter as I hadn't been charged yet and wanted to make sure I gave them the right card numbers. Turns out they just hadn't processed my card yet. She asked me if my friend enjoyed arrangement. Unfortunately I didn't know as she lost her speech with her stroke, isn't able to text yet either and im on the other side of the country. I didn't ask, but the sweet lady immediately asked if the number I was calling from was a cell and offered to text me a picture of them she had taken! I appreciated that so much! They were perfect!!! Would definitely recommend them!!!!

Day before a big holiday and I call to order flowers. (While hoping they could be delivered that day, I would totally have understood if that couldn’t happen.) Less than 2 hours later, a beautiful bouquet was delivered! Friendly service, lovely product. Highly recommend!

We placed an order online. It was hard to reach anyone by phone, but the flowers arrived on time and prettier than the online photo. Very pleased.

Called from California to get a plant delivered same day. The gal who answered was very very friendly. Understood exactly what I needed. A beautiful plant was delivered to my sister super quick. I was getting my car serviced when I called and the plant was delivered before my car was even done! I appreciate the super cute personal touch and the care that was taken with my order. I ordered a flower arrangement for my cousins funeral from them. Unfortunately they were delivered to another funeral home right down the road. The owner called me back after leaving a voicemail with them and offered full refund and was very apologetic of the mistake for they have a new driver. I was very pleased with their service and I just look at it as maybe those flowers brightened another loss of a loved one. Thank you for being so prompt. I would order from them again but i'm 4 hours away.

I called from Massachusetts to have sympathy flowers delivered for a friend’s family. The bouquet delivered was beautiful the card was written perfectly from a group of friends. The bouquet was double the size and prettier than using one of the large online florists for the same cost. Person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful.
