Bay Inn & Suites Loxley, AL

GREAT. We got there at 4am. Front desk service was excellent!! The hotel was extremely clean. Furniture is dated but it serve its purpose. Bed comfortable, big bathroom, lighted parking lot, felt safe...

This is a nice hotel. I saw a few bad reviews but I’m glad I ignored them. The room was a good size, it was clean, there was a fridge and microwave. The air worked great even on an 85 degree day. The pool looked really nice although I didn’t have time to use it. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Had no trouble checking in after driving from home for an interview for a job here at the Aldi distribution center tomorrow. The room is clean, and the bed looks comfortable. I just had to turn on the air to cool the room down.

My Stay was great from setting up my reservation to check out. Thank you so much. When traveling you need to have zero complications. Bay inn delivers. I will stop again for sure. The only reason a 4 on the room is the fridge had some issues. Other wise no issues. Thanks again a stress free stay.
P.S. The AC will freeze you out. 😂

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Stopped in during renovations. The rooms are nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Very welcoming to our 4-legged friend. Will definitely be staying here again!

Never stayed at this franchise before and was pleasantly surprised of the decor and the room, conveniently located between two gas stations so not providing breakfast was ok. Wifi connectivity however, was an issue. I was told that due to the weather, I couldn't connect the next day either with bright sunny skies........

Great prices and clean rooms. I rented a room for 2 days and when I left to go to work, the great maid service came in my room and gave me clean towels and some more coffee. Did not disturb my belongings or anything. Highly recommend staying here. Front desk is very professional and friendly. Great job.

Reasonable place was clean. Quite. Room came with tv with cable. Coffee pot and coffee to make. Had a fridge and. A space with a 2 person dining table. Was a continental breakfast bar set up to use. Near lobby I would use again. And for the price its a steal

If you’ve had a bad experience here give it a second chance at some point. The whole place is being renovated. I had one of the renovated rooms and I have no complaints. New floors, new appliances. The ac wasn’t new but it still worked. Price was a bit high but that was the only downfall.

I can honestly say my family an i are very happy. I will recommend this place to anyone. We have stayed at many hotels all across the us. An this one is the best. Normally when u check in real late most people are rude an could careless not Chip. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It just shows there are still great people in this world :) an another thing if people don't know what clean is then there is a problem with them. Sure its not the Hilton that is a few miles down the road. If by chance u were confused. But if u want great service an a good night sleep please enjoy one here.

This is an awesome place to stay everything was booked up they were able to get us a room. it was comfortable and clean during the process of remodeling but everything was kept very very nice to taken care of. Would highly recommend this place to anybody

Absolutely awesome staff, super clean rooms, stocked with everything I needed, lots of room and. We had absolutely no problems, the shower was awesome, good pressure and shower head, we will definitely be staying again if we need a room that way.

This place was disgusting and to expensive for its services.

There were feces on the shower head left from prior guest

We asked the return of our money and have not heard from them yet..

In addition we were traveling and broke in the area. The manager refused to allow us in until 1500. We had broke down at 6sm we had a mechanic on scene right away
We knew it was tequire most of the day for repair.

I had a wreck on I-10 and totaled out my truck. The guy at the desk was most helpful. I appreciate everything. Being still dazed from the accident, it was nice to deal with this kind gentleman . I am a veteran and he was very respectful. I would recorded this place to all my veteran friends.... Five Stars to him and his establishment.

Really liked staying here during a time that we worked around that area. The staff were very nice and helpful everytime we stayed. We were in walking distant from a gas station and a fast food resturant. Rooms were clean and spacious.

I do a lot of traveling for my job This place was very well maintained and quite and after dark the whole building takes a key card to enter. Being a woman that made me fell very safe. I will be back every time cause it is the only decent place in Laxley AL to stay.

Omg this place is so cheap and wonderful I have never spent this little for such a nice place. Trust I have paid more for dumps. The guy at the front desk is wonderful and helpful.I would recommend this place to everyone. So clean so beautiful. Even elevators!!!!! I'm going to deffanitly be coming back!!!!!!!!!
