RX Sport Fit is the best gym around. I joined a year ago knowing nothing about CrossFit or even working out in general - I was out of shape and had zero strength. The coaches have helped me so much!!

I was able to scale the movements so that I could do them. The coaches helped me to make sure I was using the correct form.

I have always felt supported, never judged, but definitely motivated to do my best, and always encouraged to push myself. I have seen so much growth in the last year. Weight lost, strength gained, done movements I never thought I would be able to do, and have reached several goals I had for myself - ALL thanks to RX Sport Fit!

RX Sport Fit is just the best gym around!!. I was very unsure if CrossFit was for me when I joined but I love it, the coaches are amazing, always explaining and keeping you right, helping you become a better version of yourself. Everyone is so friendly it feels great to be part of a great gym community. I drive 45 mins to join class and be part of this fantastic gym !!

I love attending Rx for CrossFit! This is an amazing community of people who care about making themselves better and putting in the work while having a blast doing it. I started here shortly after the birth of my daughter and they have welcomed us so wonderfully. The coaches are knowledgeable and the other members are very friendly. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. I’m a fairly new member, I’ve been there about a month now. After working out on my own for the last 5 years, I really just wanted to be coached again and be in a community.

Everyone is super friendly! I did a beginner class to be introduced to the whole concept of CrossFit and it was excellent.

Zach who led the beginner class and is one of the trainers was excellent. Mac and Kelley have also been great assets for me in the beginning.

I did not realize how much CrossFit could be scaled down, it is very much malleable to your level of fitness. It does not matter what level of fitness you are starting at in this gym, everyone is welcome. All of the trainers there are excellent. It’s tough doing the workouts, but it’s absolutely worth it.

My favorite part about this gym and the community is EVERYONE is happy to be there and smiles. Everyone is very encouraging and supports you no matter your level of fitness. It really feels like there is a joy to the work that is put in to the gym by the staff and that is super refreshing to see.

I’ve throughly enjoyed my time at this gym and I look forward to continuing to come!

THE. BEST. GYM!! The coaches are very thorough in explaining what we're doing for the workout, help with form throughout class and encourage you to keep moving. And the members are awesome! Everyone is so encouraging and supportive. It's the highlight of my day!

Absolute best gym that I have been a part of. Everyone here is so friendly/encouraging that you can't help but feel a part of something. When you show up, you're not just getting a good sweat, but you are learning new skills that you didn't know you could accomplish. It's a great place for anybody, no matter what fitness level to be a part of. One of my best memories here is witnessing someone get their first strict pullup after months of practicing, now they can string multiple together. Come see what this place is about, you will not regret it!!
