Great place to work out at. The massage chairs, hydrotherapy chairs, and tanning booths are worth every penny for the Black card membership.
The night crew, especially Casey and Isaiah, are ALWAYS polite and keep the place immaculate!

Can I get a shout-out for the AWESOME front desk staff? Daeton (like Dayton, Ohio but spelled differently:) was flying solo on a buzzin', jam-packed Saturday afternoon at the Planet Fitness gym. Not only did this young man manage to keep things running as smoothly as possible (by himself!), he has a stellar, warm smile to greet every interaction at the front desk. Daeton already knows who we are, and my family just joined!

You can't train anybody for customer service like Daeton delivers on a daily basis. Daeton is a natural for kind, warm customer service and making folks feel welcomed and that he is genuinely glad you are there!! LOVE THIS PLANET FITNESS LOCATION!!

Great price for what you get for $25 a month. Massage chairs, tanning, Hydro Massage bed all included and you can use any of their gyms with no extra fees when traveling. I have the black card package. The basic package is only $10 a month but you can only use the local gym.

Staff is friendly, gym & locker rooms are clean, equipment is up-to-date & works well. And I'm partial to hydro massage chair #1. :)

While the facility is being renovated (more lighting hopefully), the cleanliness, service, and variety of machines or services has been excellent. I’ve also used other PFs in the region without hassle. The new manager, Sabrina is doing a great job—coaches others, is proactive, and leads by example.

It's a great gym. Everyone is pretty nice. Don't be intimidated. Ask questions if you need help!

Friendly staff, the club is always clean and the remodel is very refreshing. I have been to several different PF's and I can say without a doubt that the Martinsburg PF is the best I've been to. 👍

Love this gym, So Clean. Front desk is so nice always willing to answer any questions with a smile. Love the fact that you have tanning beds, please never get rid of them. Can’t wait for the new ones to come in. All in all your gym is fantastic. Great for all ages. A+++++

Who ever runs this gym does an excellent job. I travel for work so have frequented many planet fitness. I have never seen a gym kept so clean and up-to-date on repairs. I have been in Martinsburg for 6 months and since my time I have noticed the staff are always cleaning and repairs are always completed quickly, even the showers. I wish all planet fitness were like this one!

I used to work at a gym as a front desk attendant and I am blown away by how welcoming, friendly, and hard-working the front desk staff are at this Planet Fitness. I have been a first time member for a couple of months and I am very pleased. Compared to my last gym, there are rarely any machines that are out of order and if there are, they get fixed quickly. The machines and equipment are always clean and well taken care of. The employees are always busy cleaning, restocking wipes and sanitizer, keeping a clean appearance—all while being accommodating and gracious with the customers. Coming to this gym is the highlight of my day. Thank you staff for your friendly attitude and constant diligence!

I just started a new Membership today. I ended up getting the Black Card membership. The two staff members were very professional and courteous. I was given a tour of the facility and got a great explanation of all the areas within. I can't wait to start my fitness journey with Planet Fitness.

Edit 4-19-23: One thing I would like to see if they ever remodel is a Sauna Room.

I go to this gym frequently and I love the atmosphere when I come in. I am always greeted with a smile. I have to give a shoutout to Keri. I LOVE Keri who works at the downtown Martinsburg location. She is very attentive and always super friendly with all the guests. She is always on her game at PF. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions/concerns I had about my membership. Ultimately, she is the reason I switched over to the black card membership. Thank you for all your help and assistance!!

Never packed, I can always do what I want without waiting. They just remodeled, very clean and pleasant staff.

The equipment is always clean, the facility is always clean, and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. I can work out at my own pace without fear of being pushed out or ridiculed; the other gym patrons seem to respect the "judgement free zone" rule and that really helps motivate many gym-goers, including myself. I appreciate my home gym!

All the staff were very nice, the entire gym was very clean and very well maintained. The locker rooms contained the bathrooms and showers and were also very clean and maintained. I only went for a free 1 day pass to see if id like it. I will be signing up for a monthly subscription

Great staff, always clean equipment and floors, I do not use the restrooms or locker room to be able to give a review of that. The hydro machines are amazing. Wish they went back to 24/7 but it’s just a short drive to Hagerstown so I’m not mad. Worth the money you pay for BC.
