I’ve used Snow Thornton for years and have always been pleased with their service. One time I wanted flowers delivered to my Daughter-In-Law for her birthday during a snow storm. He said if he had to he would walk there so she would get them. Thankfully, he was able to drive there and the flowers were beautiful.
This week I called on Tuesday asking for a special order to be delivered on Thursday. I sent him a picture of what I wanted and he said they could do it. They had to order the vases because I needed 5 of them. Once again they went above and beyond and did a beautiful job. The family loved them. The flowers made the event special and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them for your florist needs.

One of the best flower places I've ben to ina long time. It's about the product and service yea but over all my product was very healthy lives almost 2 weeks and the buds bloomed beautifully. The colors were vibrant longer then walmart flowers! Will deffantly be coming back soon! Thanks Steven!

Ordered from California for my friend in Raleigh General Hospital, WV, thru FTD. The arrangement that arrived only a few hours after I ordered (good thing) were not as described. No traditional daisies, no yellow taffeta ribbon and was not in vase described, but a large clear jar. (Some other white flowers and like twine ribbon substituted) I will say my friend was surprised and very happy with what she received. That's what mattered the most*

Paid 100 plus for valentines day.. got 12 roses and baby breath.. and a cup used as a vase. Could’ve literally went to krogers and done the same for $20

Ordered flowers for my great grandmother's funeral they were late. I called the florist from the funeral him he had attitude when I spoke to him saying they were late and he told me they were on their way. When they finally arrived it was the wrong flowers looked nothing like what my fiancé I ordered. Will never order from them again and warn others against them. Order at your own risk. Even spoke to someone right before a called and they even told me that it is a usual occurrence for them to deliver late and try to recommend someone else normally for future purchases.

Worst experience my grandmother and I have ever had with a florist.... Run as fast as you can. The owner of this establishment does not care for you or your loved ones. If you choose to use there services already rated a 2.2 then you do it at your own risk. I will let the picture speak for itself but the plain downright unwillingness for the owner to even look at a picture to see what is being sent out with his company name is horrendous. Don’t believe me look at the BBB complaints. The owner did refund 20% but saying that is appropriate for an arrangement for my mothers funeral that was late, did not have writing on the ribbon, half of the flowers it should be, and the wrong basket. All I did was ask the owner to look at the picture from the funeral home and he hung up on me. Pick up flowers from Walmart and a basket to make your own arrangement before you shop here.

Don't ever trust FTD to do a good job with a flower arrangement. I ordered $70.00 worth of flowers to be delivered on a Monday for a birthday gift. The flowers were delivered on a Friday, three days early, and the arrangement was horrendous. Looks NOTHING like what should have been picked. Called the local shop and the person on the phone was a COMPLETE jerk. I told him I'd never pick his flower shop for flowers again in the future, and he informed me I didn't pick them in the first place. Such disrespectful customer service. Always call your local florist and don't use a website for flowers. They are a joke.

Worst experience from a Florist ever! I was worried about ordering from this business because there were bad reviews so I called and had him go on his website and look at the arrangement I wanted sent. He assured me he had exactly what I wanted. The arrangement was NOTHING like the one he had online! I was very disappointed! I called and left a message, he didn't return the message. When I finally spoke with him I was met with a very rude tone and instead of defending his floral arrangement he said I lied to him about the address! I don't live in the area, I gave him the address I knew but come to find out, her mailing address and physical address weren't the same, he delivered them though so must have not been too bad! The guarantee on their website, 100 % satisfied or they will return your money or send a new arrangement, that is false! I will be calling the attorney generals office or the better business bureau or whomever necessary to make sure this man and his so called floral business is reported. Had he just been nice and apologized like a business person should, I wouldn't have even requested my money back!

Flowers showed up wilted and 2 days late. Wasn't what my bf's mother order, these were a thank you to my grandmother. Requires items be cut and trimmed by the customers, which is normal to preserve the flowers but they didn't trim ANY of the leaves off before placing in the vase for delivery.

Reply to business: I said my bf's mother ordered from you, not me. I was there when she recieved the items and helped coordinate the purchase. Your in ability to read explains why the wrong flowers were picked.

I ordered a basket of spring flowers online as a birthday gift for a relative. I was horribly disappointed when they arrived. They looked nothing like I was expecting. The arrangement on their website was a basket of beautiful spring flowers with the following description: Blue hyacinth, yellow daffodils, hot pink garden roses, orange and yellow tulips, and green hydrangea nestle a delicate bird’s nest, complete with eggs! Give a basket full of spring and order this arrangement online today!
The arrangement that arrived did not have hyacinth or daffodils or a bird’s nest with eggs. I paid a good deal of money for a mediocre arrangement of iris, some sort of yellow daisy looking flower, a couple of roses and some drooping tulips. It was scant on flowers and heavy on greenery. Do not waste your money here. Update:
*I called this business today (4/3/18) to discuss our transaction and was yelled at by the owner for leaving a ‘nasty review’. I was accused of lying and was hung up on.

worst customer service ever. the flowers and vase I ordered looked nothing like what I paid $80.00 for. the owner which is also the designer was mean and disrespectful. he hung up on me! the lady who answers the phone was just as evil. never ever ever again!!!! I wish I could post what I ordered and what my mom actually recieved. Sorry mom.

The ugliest flowers shoved in a small vase. When I called to try and have it fixed the man I spoke to was definitely suffering from some anxiety and depression. Extremely defensive and almost insane. I don't think I've ever encountered a professional with such terrible people skills. He actually hung up on me. Something that hasn't happened to me since high school. Total nut job

Flowers were for sisters anniversary it was apparent they were bought at Walmart and stuffed in a vase, my sister's word precisely! Charge $69.50 terrible,

Ordered flowers . They never got delivered! This company deprived a cancer patient who had to take chemo on her birthday her flowers her daughter ordered.

Deserves no stars but had to choose one for a review. Their customer service is very careless for their mistakes.
