Yesterday 4/18/2023 was my very first appointment in this office. From the moment I walked in the staff was kind, professional and helpful. I no more got sat down until I was called back. Only a matter of minutes before CRNP Walker entered the exam room. She was very kind and professional. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I would recommend this doctor's office to anyone. Second to none. Thank you all!!

I have never done a review of a doctor's office online before. The office staff has been friendly but the long drawn out MANY month process of getting an actual CPAP machine ordered has been so aggravating. You have to wait a month between every step of the process. I have been in this process since my first appointment in December. If the doctors are that busy they should use Teladoc to give test results instead of making patients wait a month to get their results. They know I have sleep apnea, they know I need a CPAP, and are making me wait another month to meet with the doctor and/or nurse practitioner to get my test results before a CPAP machine can be ordered. Then who knows how long it will take to get a machine once it is ordered. I was hoping to start getting some sleep a lot sooner than this.

Horrible experience w this office! Office manager/Insurance clerk very unprofessional and unknowledgeable about insurance information. Overall rude manner toward myself and other patients in office. Do not recommend this office.
