Ordered for my daughter’s formal dance and she knocked it out of the ballpark. Love the ladies that work there. Told her what I needed even sent a picture of her dress and she matched them perfectly. If you need any flowers these are your ladies to go to.

Jay Roles is the best place around for all your flower needs. Our daughter has challenged Amanda with various things and she always delivers beyond what Abigail asked. She went above and beyond for a graduation bouquet. I didn’t see anything that even compared to what they put together for Abby. These ladies are the absolute best. If you need something special, just let them know and they will far exceeded your expectations.

Amazing company! They have wonderful owners, great customer service and amazing flowers! My husband even bought me tie dyed roses from them! We will always choose them for any occasion!

Fantastic quality work and quickly for prom! Our son’s date’s dress was hard to match but they made the perfect bouquet and boutonnière. Great to work with!

Placed on order for prom flowers on Monday.. didn’t know if the dress would come in or not. When I placed the order they said let them know Thursday (prom on Friday) what dress she was wearing… Sent picture of the dress on Thursday and they matched perfect! Very happy with our experience.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Amanda was INCREDIBLE and Jay Roles' Floral was amazing when we were desperate to send flowers on short notice to a colleague's funeral service that happened to fall ON Valentines day! We are in a different state and it was my job to locate a florist near the funeral home to send our condolences. I was given a list of florists from the funeral home. Most would not take our order and others were simply rude about trying to order something the day before Valentines Day....even for a funeral! One of the last names on the list was Jay Roles, Florist. Amanda was kind, patient and incredibly helpful! She suggested a memory quilt so that the family had a permanent keepsake. What a nice idea! She then called later when I needed a receipt to turn into finance and she was quick to located the order and send to my email!

I was very hesitant to use Jay Roles due to the reviews....but I'm glad I did!!! They were wonderful, the girls I talked to were so sweet and so very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone. I had never had to navigate through planning a funeral. The girls helped me through everything!
