Dias Floral Company

Had issues with an arrangement that was sent...talked to someone from Dias on the phone...order was corrected and we are happy with the result.

A friend sent flowers for my mothers memorial and they were stunning. The roses were some of the largest I have seen.

The person I dealt with was friendly and helpful. He was able to accommodate a delivery to my wife at her work on the same day at very short notice with a beautiful set of flowers. Was very happy with their service.

I've never had to order anything for a funeral before so I was completely lost, I called and was met with the friendliest service, even helped me put an idea together and assured me they would give it respect and they did exactly that. I arrived at the funeral home today and found the flowers were perfect and very well done, I cant thank this company enough for doing such a fantastic job. I couldn't recommend them enough. God bless you folks and thank you again.

I live out of state and needed flowers for my nephew's funeral. I used a website that I later found out the florist doesn't manage themselves, that's important because the website charged my card an extra $80.00 for the flowers I had delivered after the fact and refused to reverse the charges until I literally raised extreme chaos. Then I found out the main arrangement I ordered from the website wasn't created by the florist to look anything like I expected. I'd never known if not for the pictures my siblings provided of the funeral. When I called the florist, because I had gotten a text from the website saying the flowers had been delivered.. when in fact they had not.. the person who answered my call was extremely rude.. and then left me an extremely nasty worded email with I quote " I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your beautiful flowers" by your review, if your looking in the Raleigh county WV area for flowers for a funeral. I'd say look elsewhere.

Most disappointed with the foral arrangement. Paid $100.00 for the largest arrangement and it was so small. Was told it would be big. Never use again.

Ordered a funeral arrangement. The experience cost me $150.00. When I got to the funeral I expected to see something I was proud to have displayed. It would have fit on my dining room table and the color choices were drab. Not artfully arranged at all. I would not recommend this florist

The flowers and arrangement were pathetic. They were smashed and looked wilted the day I picked them up. I went to Kroger and got a much nicer arrangement for half the price. Would not recommend.

The worst experience ordering flowers! The first and last time I will order from this place. If I could give a zero, I would. Rude owners, poor quality and half dead flowers upon deliver, over priced, horrific customer service and 100% misrepresentation. Kroger flowers look 1000 times better.

One star only because I couldn’t give 0 stars! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! When trying to explain flowers I ordered were not received I was literally told to shut up and listen! Unbelievable!! I’ve used this florist for years and soon as I have a problem I’m told to shut up and no resolution or concern for my bad experience! I will share this experience with every coworker, friend and family member I have so they know to choose any other florist in Beckley other than Dias!

I called and asked them to prepare a bouquet of silk flowers for them to place them on my Mom's grave site for Mother's Day. They said no problem they would make sure everything looks good and place them at her site. They asked how much I would like to spend and I said between $70 and $100. They charged me $98.53. I asked my Dad to go by the cemetary to see the flowers and to send me a picture today. He stopped by and said they were the same flowers he placed for her Birthday. I was charged and never received delivery. I will NEVER use Dias Floral again. Now you cant even get a hold of them. It goes to a answering service and half the time you get hung up on.

Driver apparently can't use Google Maps. Called me multiple times for directions when it's easily viewable on Google maps when you type the address in (there's even Street View of the location in question).

The flowers delivered reeked of cigarette smoke and were not even the flower actually ordered. This place is to be avoided.

Ordered before Christmas and still not delivered two after Christmas. American English would be nice
