I was dreading the thought of having to interact with dealership salesmen at the larger auto dealerships so, on a recommendation from family, I checked out Sport Center Imports. After a 10 minute conversation with Ben, I felt so much more at ease regarding the car purchasing process. I was able to tell Ben what I wanted, my price range and any "deal breakers" and he went to work. I could not believe it when he reached out shortly after our meeting to let me know he had already found our car. The entire process was SO easy, simple and hassle-free.

In the past, I have felt like the bigger auto dealerships tried taking advantage of me as an unknowing customer. My experience with Ben was the total opposite - I truly felt as though he was working to help me, not dupe me. Ben was such a pleasure to work with that I will never purchase a car from anyone else!

I highly recommend purchasing from Fred and Ben. We bought a 2018 Escalade from them. Fred was not high pressure and allowed my wife and I all the time needed to complete our inspection and test drive. When I asked if he needed to accompany us on the test drive, he jokingly responded, “My mom told me not to ride with strangers,” and insisted we go without him. During our test drive, I noticed a few miscellaneous interior pieces were missing and brought it up to Fred. He informed me to purchase the items and he would refund me for them. Ben and I were able to negotiate a reasonable amount on my trade-in and the purchasing process was quick and easy. Upon getting more familiar with the vehicle, I discovered the windshield wipers were at the end of their lifespan and the vehicle was due for an oil change only a few hundred miles after purchase. I purchased the wipers and oil and completed the necessary maintenance myself. Once I informed Fred of this, he immediately refunded me the full amount without hesitation.

First of all, I had been looking for a car like this for months. I was on vacation in OB and looked a little online in that area. I bypassed looking at this particular car because of the color. Still not seeing what I really wanted, I did read about this car. It had all the bells and whistles I wanted. I contacted the dealership, and promptly, Ben reached out to me. This was the best car buying experience I've had. He drove the car down to OB so I could look at it. On our way home, we stopped by his dealership and finalized the sale. He even made arrangements to have the car delivered to me at my home arriving two days after shipped in perfect condition. Even the delivery man, who was so friendly , talked about how Ben was a very nice guy. We love the it and the COLOR is beautiful on this car. So far, we have not driven much but it's so smooth. Even tho we are over 500 miles away, we are not past reaching out to Ben for future car needs. Again, thank you Ben, it was a great ending to a wonderful vacation!

The vehicle we purchased had a dent on the front of the car. As part of the deal, Fred included fixing this. Today we had that completed and you literally can’t tell there was ever a dent. We love the Subaru that we purchased and we would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family!!!

Last week I purchased my third vehicle from Sport Center Imports. When I bought my first vehicle in 2009, I was in my mid-twenties. I had been to several dealership prior to meeting Ben and Gayle Mayfield. To this day, 10 years later I remember the condescending and patronizing interaction from several of our local dealerships. I was once naive and financially inexperienced. I was intimidated by the large dealerships and the ‘tactics’ they employed. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, looking back, I know I was. I’ve grown up now and I know what I am doing. Still, if Sport Center Imports is in business I won’t purchase from anywhere else. It might sound odd to completely trust a car salesman, but I do. Every time I leave their lot in my new vehicle I’m amazed at the fairness and transparency with which they operate. I’ve recommended Sport Center Imports to countless family members and friends over the years. I never miss a chance to tell someone about the positive experiences I’ve had with them. They’ve earned my loyalty and if you give them a try, you’ll no doubt feel the same way I do.

It was the best deal by THOUSANDS anywhere around, and the customer service and ease of doing business was like nothing I have ever experienced before. They also offer a custom buying service where, if they don't have what you are looking for, they will go find it, and buy it for you.
