Zach was my salesperson. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm a less than ideal person to finance but they got me a better rate than anyone and got me in the truck that I wanted. Also gave me the most, by far, for my trade in. Will absolutely look here for any purchases in the future.

Over 20 years ago, we had a bad experience with Susan Schein. I say this to show that any company can turn it around with the right people. This company is one of them. We gave them another chance and it was well worth it.

I had been looking for a jeep cherokee for a while but had only searched the Jeep dealerships for it. After a car deal fell through with a jeep, I immediately found one here. The GM, Jeremy, immediately got on it, said they would stay late to let us test drive and to come on over.

When we got there, Zach greeted us. It was like red carpet treatment. That jeep wasn't the one for us but we were told, please feel free to look at the rest of the lot. It you find something else, we'll test drive it too. Hidden in the back of the lot was one that fit every request we were looking for. We test drove it, within minutes we got the price we were looking for, but since it was after closing, we were all tired and agreed to come back next day to finish paperwork and it gave them time to clean it up.

The next day, Zach and Jeremy went above and beyond to get their credit union to meet our pre approval, got all the documents ready and in less than a half hour, we were done. I would highly recommend Zach if you're in the used car market. He's very knowledgeable about all sorts of vehicles and if he can't answer it, he will get you an answer. Great job guys we appreciate all that you did for us to make this happen!

Jeff has been wonderful - I called broken down and he suggested a wreaker service( who was amazing) then got us right in gave us step by step in fixing it showed us the damaged part. The new parts and how much it would be before fixing it. They have been amazing to two people and their truck from Michigan traveling to Florida

I called and spoke with Zach about a Toyota RAV4. I explained my needs and Zach did exactly as I ask. Smooth transaction, didn’t take long and was out the door in about 20 mins and included a test drive. Best car purchase at any dealership I’ve had in the past. My daughter loves this car. Good job Zach maybe I will see you again ! Keep up the great customer service !!! The dealership is lucky to have you.

It is always a pleasure doing business with Susan Schein Automotive. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Today we traded in our vehicle on the vehicle we wanted. It was an easy and quick process and didn't have to spend the whole day at the car lot. Hats off to our salesman: Zach Whittemore, who happens to be one of the best. To tell you the truth I wasn't looking for a vehicle today. Oddly, I was just cruising on my way to a doctor's appointment and peered over and saw a beautiful BMW X1. Of course I had to stop by just to see what was wrong with this thing. No intentions of purchasing, but only to look and leave. Yeaaaah... that didn't work out that way, to say the least. As soon as I pulled up, and looked around the car, a Salesman by the name "Zach" pulled up on a Golf Cart. Not to sell me something, but his first words were.. "How was your day so far?" Then spoke about himself and the company. I could tell he was just happy to be there, whether he sold me something or not. To say the least, he made me feel welcomed, without being pushy. I think we all hate that. After conversing, I asked about the BMW. Pretty strange because it's normally the other way around. He was straight up! Pointed out a few dings here and there, but also pulled up the CarFax for any concerns I had. Zach really convinced me to purchase, but not to a customer, but to someone that I will send my kids over to see when it's time for them to purchase a vehicle. It's pretty hard to say good things about a GOOD company without sounding like a Commercial. I've purchased several automobiles in my day, from Motorcycles to 18wheelers. Hell... even a Snow Mobile, but of course with them, I felt like a "Trade In Value", and not a person. I gave Zach a timeline when my appointment was, and to say the least, his team pulled their resources together, and all I heard was "Tick Tick" of the keyboard. I had my vehicle within an hour and was STILL early for my appointment. MY experience today was pretty weird, and unexpected. These guys weren't trying to "Snow Me Over" with gimmicks and false promises, but mostly to look out for my budget. They knew I had options. They also knew I didn't have time to waste. I think this was the first time I've ever walked in, purchased a car, without having to have to take a day off from work. Thanks, Zach! We'll be back soon!

A great dealership that was not pushy and actually worked to give you the best deal that they could. I am highly impressed with the service. Nothing fancy like a lot of dealerships, but fancy doesn't make you classy. This place is classy.
