I prefer a little store over a big box store. So far they have had everything I've needed. I'll continue to support a small business over a corporate store any day.
Staff is present and helpful any time I've had questions.
My wife goes in often and never has a problem. She is treated the same way I am so she tells me.
Again this store is definitely my 1st choice and will continue to be.

OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do you know that while we were working on our property Dock and Larry knew we were working night and day and might need a piece of pipe or wire or nails or whatever - and they returned to work and opened the store after closing hours - on more than one occasion!!

Doc and his crew are the BEST and most FRIENDLY folks you could ever meet. My Papaw bought me my first Tricycle there 53 years ago. Hardware That's Us is a family tradition and I feel very BLESSED to have this hometown store in our community. ❤🤠

I was looking for the tiny little screws for light switches and Outlets I have beautiful plate covers no screws a young man by the name of Preston I asked for his name because he went beyond and above my expectations and I was very pleased with his service and his attitude very professional definitely going back because prices were excellent and customer service was perfect thanks again Preston for your help

This hardware store has been part of the community for along time. I almost always go to docks before giving my business to the big box stores. Employees are helpful and nice, with alot of experience. And when it comes to bolts, nuts etc., they have biggest selection anywhere. When doing special projects, I almost always find what I need to complete them at docks. I hope I never see this "mom and pop" style store go out of business. The community needs these stores, so shop at docks whenever you can. A nice man, a nice place of business.

Best Hardware in the County...Everyone friendly and helpful

The employees are absolutely great. I've never went in there and came out without the help I needed or products I needed. If they didn't have it they would help me locate a store that does have it. They go above and beyond to help. The owner is also a huge supported of the local fireman. He makes their helmet tags free as well as brings them breakfast on mornings they fight a house fire, when he's not bringing them food or drinks he is coming to say thank you for all of the firemans help! Such a wonderful man in our community!

Cute little locally owned hardware store. It always amazes me at what all they carry!!!! I can usually find everything I need right here. The owner and workers are always very helpful and polite. Prices are usually comparable to Lowe’s and walmart. Some things are a bit higher but not by much. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS!!!!!

Very friendly employee's and they most usually have what I'm looking for and if they don't they can usually get it in.

Good old fashioned small town hardware store

The BEST Harware store in the area. Would never think about going to another store. Would travel many miles to spend my money with Dock. He is the most honest and trustworthy business owner as was his father. Think twice about spending your hard earned money at any other store. Dock was born and raised in the area and is one of the local folks. Craigsville Cash is the way things used to be. The way his father built the store and the way Dock Jr runs the store. The good old ways. Great prices with a true heart filled thankyou and handshake. This is one place you can honestly get a true deal with a heart felt handshake on any sale as small or as large as they are.

Good little Hometown Store always saving some things cost a little more some things cost it always saves me gas and mileage on my truck I don't mind if I spend a little more just use the cash I'm saving gas and I still win buy less mileage and no big crowds
