Best experience ever purchasing a used vehicle. The purchase process FAST not alot of paperwork and they addressed two issues I had with the truck and got them fixed even after I purchased it and drove it off the lot. Love it when ppl say we will take care of it and actually do it. See you guys next year for another.

I had a wonderful experience working with Southtown Motors. I have been on the hunt for a clean 3rd Gen 2008 Ram 2500 Laramie with a long bed for a long time and I finally found the one for me. I couldn't have had a better time working with Justin Hamblin. Justin was such a great help and made the buying process much less stressful and really took the timer to work and communicate with me and I am forever thankful for that. I have been looking for a heavy duty truck for 2 months for my business. I went in twice before during my search before purchasing my truck. RC was a pleasure to work with. My buying experience was a success despite someone else wanting to buy the same truck while I was working with him. I was there first and he saw me thru the deal to the end. He was very patient with me as I tried to negotiate with my Credit Union and eventually got me a better deal when I financed with Southtown’s Credit Union.

I went by the dealership to look at a car that my son wanted and I meet RC a salesmen that is very energetic and has a great personality!!! We drove the car we were interested in, they made us their offer, handled financing and we were done. The offer was so good, there was no need to counter.
