It's definitely difficult to trust car salesman, but I am here to tell you that THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT. From the minute I walked in and met Eric Bailey, I felt as if I had a family member looking out for me. He was kind, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The characteristic that was most important to me though was how much he cared for people. Eric is obviously a guy that 'walks the walk' and I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience has been. They have a mechanic check the vehicles so you don't leave with a car that may have a big repair bill (which has happened to me with another dealer before). Eric WANTS your referrals and your repeat business, and he does everything to make sure he has a great name behind his work so he can always have repeat customers. If you don't give this place a chance, then you are missing out on a fabulous experience in the car buying industry! My 17 year old is on the road with a great safe car, thanks to Eric's guidance! Highly recommend!

I have purchased three outstanding full size SUVs form J&C in the past seven years. All were meticulously maintained one owner vehicles. The prices were great and the deals were no hassle, no pressure. Unfortunately, one of them did not survive Hurricane Michael. I trust J&C with all of my vehicle needs and will gladly do business with them in the future!

Great people to deal with. I bought an 08 Nissan Frontier from them. Had a couple minor issues which they fixed and gave me a great price. I can tell they really care about their customers and being in business for over 40 years, it shows! Definitely check them out if you are in the market for a great used car!

7/14/2014.....I drove nearly 300 miles one-way to purchase my 2004 Toyota Tundra from Jas Parker at J & C Autos Inc. The process can be very stressful when discussing vehicles over the phone. However, it was easy to tell that Jas was a good person operating a family business. When I arrived, I found the Truck as nice as described and more! These Tundras are hard to come by in my area and even more rare in this condition, especially at this price! Jas even offered and provided transportation back from the car rental place. My whole experience was top-notch all the way. If you live in and around the Pelham/Birmingham area and are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Jas Parker at J & C Auto to help with your next purchase. He earned my business and I will certainly keep him in mind next time we are in the market for a vehicle!
