When I had to reschedule the delivery date for the flower arrangement I ordered, the person I spoke to was incredibly kind and took care of it for me. The flowers looked even better in real life than they did on the website; it was by far the most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever seen. I would recommend Rosemary's to anyone who wants perfect flowers, on-time delivery, and pleasant customer service! The photo of the bouquet was not nearly as beautiful as the actual flowers. They were delivered on time, and according to the instructions. The gift changed the day of the recipient.

I requested a custom Easter fresh flower bouquet delivered to my mom. It was beautiful! It had a nice balance of blooms that were already open, and ones that will open over time. Very nicely done!

I live in South Carolina but have a dear friend in Williamsport. I have used this florist many times and have always been delighted with the final product. Today they outdid themselves. A special birthday for my friend and I asked them to make an arrangement out of flowers that looked like a cake. It was beyond amazing, complete with candles delivered on a cake plate!
You cannot go wrong with this warm friendly staff and their expertise in this business. I highly recommend.

The flowers were delivered the day before I requested. I wasn't upset. But they looked exactly like the picture and made the person happy. Later in the day, a lady from Rosemary's called me and said it was her fault they were delivered early. Would I like something small to be sent on the correct day. I've never had a business own up to a mistake like that. I was super impressed and very grateful. I absolutely recommend them and will use them again. Great customer service

I initially ordered flowers through a 3rd party and they were delivered by Rosemary's. I wish I realized I was ordering from a 3rd party as the customer service I received was awful. I eventually called Rosemary's and they were extremely friendly, helpful and very polite. They resolved the issue that the 3rd party would not. The arrangement they sent was beautiful and I will definitely be sure to use them for future gifts!

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they were expected to be delivered on Monday but Rosemarys called me and said that my mom would get her flowers by Saturday and she did!!! Rosemary's always does a wonderful job with flowers. The roses I bought for my wife were very beautiful. They were thoughtfully arranged and delivered as promised looking like a picture. I have been using Rosemary's since the mid 1990's and will continue to do so in the future.

Awesome spot! Need a nice bouquet for my granddaughter's 1st dance recital and they made a beautiful one for me. Was reasonable price as well. While waiting I enjoyed looking at all the cute knic knac's and beautiful arrangements. They have Fenton glass as well. Sweet spot! Worth checking out!

Rosemary's does a great job creating a floral bouquet/planter as close to the picture so you can be confident in what you're gonna get. I've used them a few times and have been very happy with what I've gotten!
