Office Depot

At this point, I'm basically only coming into the store to see Dani. Can you really blame me? Dani is great. I few weeks ago I needed to grab a few things for my daily office needs, and out of all people, Dani was the one to help me. Not only was Dani knowledgeable and efficient with the task at hand, but they made it fun and a memory built to last. Now when I wander past the local Office Depot, a shock of electricity hits me as I have the urge to go in just to see Dani. Thats just how great the customer service was. If I owned this place, I'd probably give Dani employee of the month every month. If Dani asked, I'd probably give up my first born son and put down a mortgage on a house for them, that is just how great the customer service, and personality, of Dani was.

Essence in the print center has same multiple times. Joy to work with goes above and beyond. This location is very lucky to have her.

I always find the staff to be very helpful and ready to assist customers with questions and finding in store items. I also did not realize that they provide some services that they do! I appreciate having this store, especially since I came from a larger city.

Came here and asked for help, and the cashier Dani was so helpful! I will certainly return just for Dani alone! I love Dani! Dani was great!

Staff are very helpful on assisting me to make copies.

The associates help print orders when you have the contents in an email, and locate items in the store when you have problems finding items.

Customer service is always exceptional! Hector was amazing this morning and extremely attentive and helpful!

I stopped in here yesterday to look at some office chairs and some basic supplies. A young man named Payton was very helpful and polite. He answered all of my questions and directed me where I needed to go in the store. I noticed that he greeted everyone with a smile that came in to the store. I would highly recommend this store for your office needs.

You can find someone very quick when you can't find a certain item.

Adam is a wonderful associate! He was friendly, funny, and very patient with my kid and I when we had a last minute project to print for school. His work was excellent as well! He truly saved the day for us, and he deserves recognition for excellent customer service!

I purchased a product that was pretty expensive. I found that I already had it on my PC. I had an issue and the general manager was very helpful in resolving my problem. Just a note, if you purchase something that requires a scratch off area in order to use it, verify that you need that product, it will save a lot of headaches in the long run. Very happy with this store.

The store was easy to negotiate-the aisles are wide and clearly marked. The shelves were stocked with a wide selection.

I love the convenience of going into the store to browse the office supplies. The staff at the Martinsburg Home Depot are always very helpful and friendly.

I wish I would have gotten the young ladies name that helped cause she was amazing. She was very patient and helpful for the 25 separate documents I had to download then send and print. She had more patience than I did. She is why I will always come back to Office Depot.

Mathew is a wonderful employee just to start this off. This man went above and beyond for us when we were having trouble assembling a chair I had bought from this location. He offered to assemble it for us and we picked it up today. Every employee we encountered at this location was very helpful and informative, so much so that we also bought a computer while we were there. (Note: I did not intend to shop for a new computer just then). If i could give more stars I would.
