Firehouse Subs Alton Corners

Never one to complain publicly, but for a while the food was not consistently good here. I don’t know what changed, but last two visits were fantastic! Keep up the good work!

Great sandwiches and prices aren't to bad. i will be back to try more if their food.

The only two employees that were there when I was there for lunch were both working their butts off with the lobby full of people. Keeping a smile as well.

Went in there and very nice from the beginning. Food was amazing and honestly better than Jimmy John's and Subway's. The food was so amazing. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. This is a easy five star rating and I will be back soon!

I love getting the bbq beef brisket with a bowl of chilli. Delicious food options. Healthy. Great atmosphere!

I'm a big fan of Firehouse Subs. Especially that Engineer sub sandwich! This location has always had friendly workers when I've been there. Sometimes there have been some long waits, but you can only make these hot subs so fast -- and they get really busy.

My only really complaint is pretty minor, and may be a "franchise-wide" issue? But I've always tried to earn points with purchases and tracked them in their app on my phone. It used to be, any time I went into a Firehouse Subs, the PIN pad would ask for my phone number automatically to earn points. Now, it seems like it never does (at least at the Alton location) and I always have to remember to tell the cashier I want to earn points, and they have to key in my number manually.

My first time here the food was so good and the staff was very friendly and explained the menu to me. Will definitely be coming back!

Great atmosphere in this location. Always greeted with a "welcome to Firehouse!" by every worker. The food is always really great and I never have to wait that long to get my food. It's fantastic. I go to this location for lunch just about every day.

The food was great but all of the drinks were out along with lids and condiments BUT I am not in any way blaming the associates. They looked to be overwhelmed and understaffed. The wait was long but again they were understaffed. The food made up for anything else lacking.

It was pretty dang amazing I can't say enough good things about this sandwich shop I had the brisket and I will never forget this epic tidbit. From the first bite to the last swallow it blew my mind . would recommend and will most definitely return.

I've been frequenting this location for over a year now and I've never had a bad experience. Quite the opposite actually. They are always friendly, sincere, energetic people and ALWAYS get my order right as well as getting it to me fast. Not only this but every single time I've ordered they've asked me how it is and If I like it. Today two of the employees asked me which I found very nice and I know that if I had an issue they would take care of it. For a wonderful experience with smiling faces and great food, check them out. Lastly, it's always been spotless and clean. Very very nice place for a sandwhich/sub establishment.

I'm vegetarian and there are a lot of options for me to order. I personally love the Veggie. The veggie sub is toasted with lots of cheese and there are a lot of toppings. I go here every weekend before I go back home for the week. I recommend the hour and a half drive just to get the perfect sub. Where I live, there is only subway, and subways are gross. There is Penn Station 45 minutes from where I live, but it is really not that great for the price. My boyfriend is not vegetarian; therefore, he always gets the smokehouse cheddar brisket and he loves it. If I wasn't vegetarian, I would probably get the new pepperoni pizza meatball sub, it looks really tasty.

Great place serving a great cause. Easily my favourite meatball sub that I know of, and always a pleasure to give back to first responders.

The eating area is nice and spread out with comfortable chairs and family sized tables. Great prices and great atmosphere make this an amazing space for all ages.

The food is very excellent, the workers are very attentive to the customer. The store was very well maintained and clean. Hot fresh food very tasty. I would recommend to eat here. Good job Firehouse subs. Keep up the great work and keeping making those great sandwiches

Amazing!!! The workers are so nice and they make the food so well. It was my first time having their food, I loved it. It tasted delicious.

This store is always very clean and Brandon is usually working when we come in and he is always so professional and welcoming. The food is very good and of high quality in comparison to similar style sandwich spots.

There chili is fire probably the best around here!
