Love coming in and seeing these guys. Alan is usually the one that’s in when I visit and he always greets me with a smile. I’ve gotten to know these guys over the years and I hope they stay around for many more to come. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and have always given me great advice. Store always has what I need. Good coupons and their reward system is pretty good too.

It’s nice to visit a pool supply store and encounter a really friendly, knowledgeable employee. (Who also has a fun sense of humor, oftentimes helpful for people who own pools.) That’s Allen at the Burnet Road Leslie’s store. All you pool folks out there will be doing your pools — and yourselves — a big favor.

We bought a house with a pool, first time pool owners. Jonathan and Allen have been so helpful, told us about their free water testing, explaining the results , turning us on to resources to educate ourselves. We inherited zero information on the pool and its equipment, the staff on Burnet Road have been great helping us finding and ordering replacement pieces. Highly recommend this store.

Stopped by my local Leslie's to get some pool supplies. I was waited on by Allen, a friendly guy with lots of experience. He took good care of me. Thanks, Allen.

Brian who works there is AMAZING and a great addition! He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful. I just want Leslie management to know that he is a great addition and sole reason I go there.

We have a new pool and was nervous starting the tests and chemicals However Ryan on Burnet Rd. Location made it super clear very easy directions to follow. It was nice not to feel stupid & just very kind, informative & after the water test explain what could be a daunting task seem totally doable . Thank you Ryan !!!!

The staff here are fantastic. My pool would be absolutely disgusting without their help. The free testing is a life saver and helps me manage all of the different chemical interactions.

At the location on Burnet road there's a woman that is friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't remember her name but I'm sure she must be a long time employee

If your pool is inflatable or an Olympic pond these guys can help you, smart, nice and always willing to help you with any issues. Love this place. P.s. my pool is inflatable!
