So my phone went completely green and died on me. I couldn’t make an appointment online (which is a bit annoying) because my phone was dead and it requires two step verification, but that is not the stores fault. I arrived at the store, the staff was friendly and made an appointment for me in an hour. I came back at the appointment time and a man named Jerry looked at my phone and determined the display had died. He had said that it could be done tomorrow at 10, but I was recently in a car accident, so I did not have a vehicle. My friend had brought me, and I live in San Marcos. I explained this to him, and he returned after speaking to his manger, saying that it could be done the same day! Wow, huge lifesaver for me. Jerry was awesome, so friendly, and really saved my life with bumping up the fix. They fixed my phone in an hour, free of charge because of my warranty, and I didn’t lose any data. I was scared of the repair reviews of this place, but I can debunk them. This Apple Store did a great job being professional, kind, quick, and efficient. The fix is great, definitely recommend this place for repairs! :)

My wife and I went there to have batteries changed in our iPhone XS. We were greeted immediately as we had an appointment and was talking with one of the representative within 10 minutes. They took both of our phones back to do the battery exchange and told us to come back in one hour, and both phones were ready to go. Very efficient service, staff seemed very knowledgeable

Always opt for Apple products. Their customer service is the best on the planet. Upgraded my Apple Watch to Series 9. Had a great purchase / setup experience with Irving. Very knowlegable. If you're in the market for anything Apple...ask for Irving.

Went in to buy a new phone and Nessie was super helpful! Answered all my questions thoroughly and knew her stuff. Seems like a great team in the store!

Had to make two trips to the Apple Store this past week and both were quick and easy. Malcolm exceeded my expectations in terms of attentiveness and patience.

Great store, always helpful. Always packed but, not going to take a star for that. I was expecting it. 4 hour wait, make sure you sign up for an appointment online, it will save you time. Otherwise, you can do what I did, which was, go into the store sign up for an appointment and have them give you an idea of when to come back. They will take your phone number and text you when they are close to you being next. If you have younger kids ask them about the robotics that they can play with, might save you from them breaking something.

This is what I call "THE BEST" customer service ever! I took my iPhone to be fixed to the Apple store at Barton Creek - Austin -TX, and everyone was friendly and very helpful! Thanks specially to Unique, Malcom and Scott! Outstanding customer service. Keep up the good work!

Very helpful and a reservation for demo of the Apple Vision Pro went well.
Note: If you shoot video with the headset it will not be 4k but lower res 1080p. There is no zooming. Better picture quality using a iPhone 15 pro and putting it up to iCloud to watch on the headset. No still picture in spacial mode on the iPhone 15 pro but there is a spacial still mode on the headset.

Apple Store Rocks! I’ve never had issues or negative experience @ Apple Store! Thank you guys for being genuine and not just trying to “make a sell”! That goes a LONG way with me and I will continue to give apple all of our business!

My wife and I had a lovely experience here this weekend purchasing two new iPads. We were helped by Lenron - an incredibly talented, friendly and helpful Apple agent. We tested the products, reviewed all the options and checked out seamlessly with his help. We also had a pleasant conversation with him, Clayton and the store manager during our checkout. Top notch team and store, will be coming back for all my tech needs!

Plenty of staff available to help when I was there. This store was packed for a Thursday afternoon, but when is Apple Store ever not crowded? Only bummer is that you have to walk through a shopping mall to get to the store.

Absolutely the best iPhone purchasing experience I’ve had in 12 years of having an iPhone. Customer service was so fantastic, all the employees were able to answer our questions and the wait time wasn’t long at all on a Friday night. Johannes answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely ready to buy our phones. He was very thorough and detail oriented. Then when my husband’s phone was having issues downloading the iCloud backup from his old phone Betsy stayed with us until over an hour after close to make sure we were taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Thank you Apple Barton Creek!!!

This mall is huge. It's on 2 levels and has a lot of stores like Nordstrom's, Dillard's, Macy's , J.C. Penny's, Windsor, and many more. There is a large AMC movie theater with reclining seats and a food court with Chick-filet, Sarku, Panda Express, Asian food, ice cream, Aunty Anne's, and others. Near the theater is a Cheesecake Factory, too. Large parking areas surround the entire mall. Unfortunately, there have been many car break-ins and auto thefts from here.

My people! Kali in the business sector has been great to work with. Also, it was fun to draw on the iPad.

I brought in my Macbook with a cracked screen, fully prepared to shell out the big $$ for a replacement and regretting my decision to not buy the warranty. I made my appointment in advance online, and even though the store was bustling they saw me right away when I arrived. The employee that processed my repair was so nice, and went above and beyond to help me get my computer repaired at no cost under the limited warranty. The screen wasn't even in stock when I dropped it off on Sunday, but my computer was ready for pickup by Tuesday morning, almost a full week before I was quoted. The service is so good here it blows my mind, I can't say enough good things about the people working here.
