Love this place! Local hardware store, great selection, most importantly excellent customer service. Point system with easy returns. Look for the food truck in the parking lot, the breakfast sandwich is delicious!

I was just looking and was very impressed. They have lot of things you might need. Well stocked and have a friendly gray cat.

They always have what I need, along with helpful cheerful people. This is the place for a quick solution for your hardware needs!

This is a fairly new store. Very clean and neat. The employee who helped new me k e exactly where to go. I needed a drill key. and he walked me right to it.

They had what I needed and helped me figure out exactly what to buy! Friendly and courteous!

No issues great staff and the Boss, Kimber, was working hard as always. Have most things you need.

This place has always had what ever I've been looking for, 2" Male threaded unions, I've looked at Lowes and Home Depot and they didn't have it. Hmmm found it. The employees here are a happy bunch of workers, always happy to help.

Had someone in the process of moving and they needed some extra supplies. We were able to find what we needed and then some. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful so we didn’t have to wander the whole store and waste time.

Most friendly and helpful hardware store around. Great people and prices. They go out of there way to help get the right part.

Staff is really helpful, walked in and asked for roof flashing the lady said isle 40. Great, easy to find what you need. Don't go on Mondays, the good helps off that day.

I went in to get paint today. They were having computer issues with the color match machine so the first can of paint was a little too dark. They recognized that and immediately got a new can of paint and began working to resolve the problem. Several staff members pitched in to help with the challenge and came up with a creative way to narrow down the formula for a better match. I walked out with a perfect match. Great customer service. Creative employees empowered to solve the problem and take care of their customers. I was surprised they never even considered trying to sell me that can of "close" color but were determined to match the color correctly. I like their high standards and integrity. I will return!

They may not have everything you need in the little store. But they have the expertise if you talk to people.

I went in 10 min B4 closing and it was the day before Thanksgiving so they were closing early but the guy was really nice didn't rush me and got me just what I needed even when I didn't know what they were called or anything , I hope he had a nice Thanksgiving

Everyone is so helpful and I always get in and out quick! Saves a lot of time not driving to the big box stores. Pricy $$, but not too bad.

The folks at Wallace Tru Value are always exceptionally helpful and it is always a much better experience than the big warehouse type hardware stores. As a consumer I am glad to have this business close to me to meet all of my hardware and DIY needs.

Very kind staff, helped me get what i needed and also went above and beyond to be sure i had everything i needed, i didnt but i left with what i needed thanks to them. Very happy with staff and purchase.
