VCA Lakeside Animal Hospital

Vca Lakeside has had our baby Carol since we brought her home almost a year ago, and has always loved her and taken care of her like she is their own. Ryan is always helpful with any questions that I have, or to just love on Carol whenever we bring her in. We have always gotten great care from any Dr. she sees. Would definitely recommend VCA Lakeside.

Had my cat spayed here and the entire experience was so pleasant. They gave me the earliest appointment I got in the city as my cat was in heat. They used recent bloodwork from my previous vet without trying to make an extra money with consultations like highland village quoted me. Dr. Claudio did a great job explaining everything to me and answering questions about my concerns regarding bleeding during the procedure due to heat. Doctor was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job with the surgery. My cat wasn’t in any post operative discomfort and was playing as soon as we got home. They also sent us home with hills food, a toy and extra revolution meds/ trimmed her nails and microchipped her during the surgery. Ryan at the front is awesome, she helped make sure everything was smooth up to and during the surgery, and even checked in on my cat the next day via text message. To top it off the clinic was super clean and everything was so affordable. Definitely bringing my baby back here!

Consistent high quality of care. Friendly and compassionate staff and Dr's. My dogs have been patients for 6 years.

Clean, professional, reliable clinic. Love their new doctor Dr. Claudio. Makenzi in reception is always amazing! Today’s visit went smoothly with my new shelter pet and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My boy passed last Thursday, and the whole staff were beyond comforting, took care of all cremation arrangements with me. Got my boy back lot faster than expected. Staff was still very comforting today!!! Thank you all

Great hospital for your pets. Takes good care of my 16 year old dog and cat. Been going here since the original little house hospital with several dogs and cats. Vet staff is all helpful and friendly. Sofia did great job with my dog.

This is the place to go. They were very respectful and very helping with my emergency with my dog I very very much appreciate this place a lot thank yall so much !

2/16/2023 We took our baby in to say goodbye. She was 12 years old and had diabetes for the last six. They gave us six more wonderful years with her and when we said goodbye they were loving and supportive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are wonderful. .. We will miss our beloved Mandy

I've been using Lakeside Animal Hospital for over 12 years now. It doesn't matter if the visit is for a checkup, routine shots, or emergency surgeries; they've always taken the best care of my pets. And yes, 2 of my dogs have actually had emergency surgeries in which both lives were saved. One of my goofball dogs likes to eat things and the other one had a bleeding ulcer in his eye and a bladder that nearly ruptured. Simply stated, I'll never go anywhere else.

I can not say enough great things about this clinic! My dog, Fed Ex, is almost 12 years old and I trust no one but the staff at VCA Lakeside with his routine care and even when the occasional emergency pops up. He also loves seeing Morgan for grooming and the boarding kennel has met my expectations every time I have to go out of town. The staff from the rock star front desk ladies, to the techs, Doctors and wonderful manager Tara are beyond amazing at this clinic. The care and attention to detail that they show not only myself but my dog is A+. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I’ve only come here for an emergency when my neighbors dog was dying. The facility is top-notch. And the staff couldn’t be nicer. In the area this is hands down the best place you can bring your pet for veterinary care. Plenty of parking and what looks like state of the art technology. A great business to have in the Lake Worth area.

We bring our pets and dogs here and always receive great service and fair prices. The staff are all very kind and informative.

VCA Lakeside has been the best vet in the area for decades. The staff is compassionate and goes above and beyond. My cats are in and out of the office quickly with minimal stress, which is important for cats since they’re not the best travelers. All of the doctors are wonderful and knowledgeable.

We recently moved and my friend recommended Dr. Sultemeier. On my first visit with my sick cat Bananas, I was immediately glad I found them! Dr. Sultemeier was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained the treatment plan very well. We don’t know exactly what is wrong with her ( she had the same problem last year) but this time I really believe Dr. S will figure it out! The office is very cute too, it’s got that sweet country vet vibe 😀

Dr S is absolutely fantastic! He is the primary vet for my dog and has gone above and beyond for her. I have visited many of the other vets there for my cats and some strays; everyone has always been very helpful and understanding. Friendly front desk staff and great vet techs, as well. Sometimes, it can be a little too pricey to be taking in the strays, but I know I am not sacrificing quality of care when taking them to VCA Lakeside.

Hands down I will only take my pets here from now on!! They truly care and love ALL the animals that come through the door! This past visit Ryan was our nurse and my Cabella who oftentimes isn’t the most friendly dog warmed up to him so fast!! Her allergies were giving her horrible fits which required a shot.. YIKES!! She never flinched because of Dr. Hemenways skilled touch!! The front office staff is absolutely incredible as well!! Then today I receive a text from Kellen asking how she’s doing!! WOW, what more could you ask for? Looking for love and skilled care for your pets THIS IS THE PLACE!❤

Thank you to VCA for squeezing my sick pup in on a busy Saturday when several other nearby vets would not. Dr S and all of the staff were very kind and attentive and my pup is feeling much better. Appreciate it.

My dog Casey was euthanized this morning because of injuries from an auto accident. I took her to Lakeside Animal Hospital for the procedure. They were very understanding and professional. If you have a pet, this is the place to get care for it. They gave me a paw print in plaster in a nice, presentable case. Thank you so much for your services and understanding.
