The facility was immaculate! The staff was phenomenal! I felt very confident in their choices, decisions, and work. The entire process was extremely pleasant, everyone from the phone call to talk about coming into the following day follow-up was amazing! I would recommend this facility to ANYONE! Thank you for making me feel at ease, and for listening thoroughly while taking all of my concerns and needs into factor for my baby Yorkie, Maisie! The entire process from start to finish, everyone was wonderful!

Very communicative, easily approachable with questions, felt very comfortable leaving my pet in their care. All my questions and concerns were met with empathy and understanding. I was comfortable continuing care for my pet after she was released home. The after visit instructions were very precise and easy to understand.

These guys are great! Our fur baby got sick late on a Friday night and got worse in the night. Our local Vet (who we love) is closed on the weekend. So we opted to use Parc on a
Saturday afternoon. The facility is super nice/clean. Good location. Easy check in and we had our fur baby in Triage within minutes. The check in ladies and Vet Techs were all very loving and caring. The Vet (Dr. Henderson) was super kind/caring and they got us in and out with X-rays, and treated our dog in under 2 hours. Not bad for a Saturday/Emergency!!! I will definitely use these guys again if an emergency arises even though we live 45 minutes away!!!

I accompanied my best friend on September 4, 2024 to this wonderful place. She had a 13-year-old golden doodle that was at end stages lymphoma. From the moment we walked in you could feel the care and compassion of the staff. They talked us through everything that was going to take place. We had the time to love on her before it was time to say goodbye. We love you and miss you, Bella Luna. ❤

I brought my dog Gator in today very worried. I had a great experience with veterinary technician Maddie and dvm Thennis. Would definitely recommend bringing your pet here, You can tell they genuinely care for animals. I am very thankful and appreciate the work you do!

Staff here were extremely helpful for both my dog and me. They were fast and the prices were reasonable. The vet, Dr. Jose Lopez, was clear and communicative and gave me multiple paths for treatment based on cost. I love that the facility is open 24/7. The vet techs were also very helpful. I called back the following day and was able to speak with the tech who had treated my dog the night before. She made time to answer my many questions which I appreciated.

Great experience with emergency appointment for GI issues. Would recommend.

Jessica, the vet tech, was super friendly, thorough and understanding. She made me feel informed throughout the process and was very sweet to my dog.

Dr. Zulo (unconfirmed) was very efficient in diagnosis, explaining my options, and offering a process of tests to diagnose what was going on with my dog's GI issues. I felt that she was easy to follow along and direct with her words, which helped to understand. She answered my questions, and I felt that we received excellent emergency services.

Front desk clerks were also very friendly and knowledgeable! Clear communication from all staff.

Our first visit was better than we imagined. Clean and very nice modern environment with a luxury feel when you walk in. Check in was quick and easy. All staff was very friendly and informative. The overnight dr was a huge blessing to our fur baby. We HIGHLY recommend this place and staff to take care of your pup. Will choose to use them again if an emergency comes up.

Not your typical vet office. Highly designed with bold colors and graphic patterns. Not a single usual vet poster in sight. Just very modern. Although the majority of my time was spent waiting, that's what you'll find in any after hours emergency vet office. Everyone was very kind. They followed up the next day to see how my kitty was doing. I would recommend this place.

We just moved to the area (actually moving things to our house yesterday) when our dog got a deep laceration to his paw. Thank you for taking great care of him, it's a lot going on for overnight clients coming in, and one vet on duty, but Dr. Joyner so wonderful and the staff were all so kind. It's comforting to know we have a facility like this should anything happen to our dogs and taking special care when we worried what to do for emergency. We've never taken a pet before. The vet and staff were great

Everyone was courteous. Dr smith had a great sense of humor, despite what was going on. No one wants to know their pet has to have surgery- and have to make a decision on the fly. I appreciated a photo from Elizabeth- she was the overnight nurse
< br />Our discharge nurse was informative and we even got teary talking about our old dogs that we've lost. Thank you for what you do. In this day- most of what you hear is the negative. Sometimes it's just good to hear the great.
< br />Frisco is asleep after a light snack of dog food pâté & trazadone. Whilst wearing my tank top to protect his incision. Thanks for saving his belly from that damn tennis ball.

Everyone we came into contact with was very nice and knowledgeable. Our dog was diagnosed with Parvo and they were very understanding and educational about the situation. I also appreciated them taking into consideration our financial decisions without judgment. I feel like they gave us the best chance they could to help ease our pup through this situation. Customer service and empathy were outstanding.

We came to The PARC because of the good reviews online and we are so happy that we did. Everyone was nice, especially our tech Jessica - she is super kind and knowledgeable. Went here for an emergency and they were amazing. My dog was lethargic and struggling to breathe. They were caring, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose. Even though our dog, Scooby, didn't make it the staff and doctors were amazing. Thank you for giving us time and space to say our goodbyes.

This clinic has the most kind staff ever. I brought my fur baby in for what I thought was an emergency and they took him in right away. They take walk ins if you’re curious and don’t mind the wait. The vet was very informative and real when it came to the cost of everything . I’ll be coming back for his yearly shots in two weeks!

I appreciated the time the tech and doctor took with my kitty. Prices were explained before each treatment was done. The care and love shown to my pet by staff made the whole experience worthwhile. They even sent some extra medicine for her next time she has a flare-up. Place was clean and professional. Thank you for caring for my sweet angel!
