AT&T Store

Our customer service representative was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. She engaged us and the others customers with respect. Honestly, I have refused to go to the Borger location solely because the other female CSR that drives the Jeep is so hateful. I’ll go back to this store for all future AT&T needs, as long as I get the same CSR that helped us on Saturday.

Borger Att Branch, name Kara Brooks help us a lot she is quick and so helpful. She is excellent and have a very good customer service.

Kara really knows how to answer all my questions and address all my concerns with my new iPhone 13. I tried adding emails to my phone working on it off and on for 3 days. Kara fixed it exactly like I wanted in 10 seconds. She is very knowledgeable concerning products and services. Our store is awesome.

Brooklyn was the representative that helped me out switching from Xfinity, she made everything easy and comfortable the internet service is outstanding switching from a terrible service.

Husband and I went in to upgrade our phones last weekend and Kara made everything so simple and quick! She was also very sweet and helped get us as many discounts as possible. Definitely recommend going by and seeing her for all your AT&T needs 😊

Amazing customer service! Super friendly & helpful. Needed a new phone screen protector but was fearful of putting it on my self and messing it up. They didn't hesitate to install it for me and it looks awesome like a brand new phone again!

The customer service here is phenomenal! Nikki has always been there to meet my needs and help me with any issues . I definitely recommend this store 10/10!
