Had the best experience with Rachel's customer service in the jewelry department. Rachel went out of her way to assist me finding a necklace with all the patience in the world. Made me feel at home and was absolutely funny. Best experience this evening. Her customer service was exceptional.

My wife and I went looking for something specific that I had seen online here. We asked Tiffany if she could direct us to where it was. She stated she did not think they had the item. Tiffany stopped everything she was doing and walked us to the location they were normally at. Along the way she engaged in friendly conversation with my wife. After getting us to the area she stayed and helped us look for the item. They did not have it but Tiffany went way above and beyond in assisting us. She made the visit totally enjoyable even if we didn't find what we wanted. Tiffany set a high standard for others to follow.

My mom bought me a gift card for Christmas and they had great sales in there but when I downloaded the app I got more coupons. I got 2 very nice sweaters under 20 bucks. I've gotten so many compliments on them since I got them. I wanted to go back and get more colors and I probably still will do that.

I was waited on by Amanda at the return desk and she was awesome. I was returning a purchase and I was purchasing a few other things. She was kind enough to have me pull up the JCPenny site and showed me how to use a coupon for a bigger savings. Amanda's kindness and great personality was so welcoming.

I have been going to the salon and Stephanie is awesome! She is helping me through a complicated process of getting the old color out of my hair and going all gray. Cant wait to see the final results! Prices are good too.

From the front desk to the whole salon everyone is awesome and very friendly! Stephanie is our favorite stylist!! She has also been doing my sons wild hair for the past few years and never fails to do a wonderful job!! Be sure to ask for Stephanie for all your hair needs from color to cut!! She never disappoints! :)

The only con to my JCPENNEY experience is within the store; it was stuffy, no one greeted me, I had to seek help and Every time I've had to use the restrooms it's horrendous! Absolutely horrendous!

I went to the jewelry counter and the sales lady was the best, very knowledgeable, helpful of my needs, patient of me looking at several different kinds of jewelry not just one piece, she was not pushy in any way, I got a chain, earrings, (a surprise for my son's girlfriend) and a ring, we looked in several different cases in total the sales lady helped me for almost an full hour. Super Kudos, and a big thank you.

Our favorite department store. Great prices and quality clothing. Always get the coupon electronically before checkout for extra savings. I made a hair appointment with Kelsey T a master stylist. Glad our JCP is a thriving store in Victoria.

Store and restroom were very clean. Staff member was actually cleaning the floor. All employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, due to their Great Sales, the stock was

Pennys has been so good to me when I take a purse back as long as I get one that’s the same brand and price. We don’t live in Victoria so it’s hard to return the purse. I never can find my receipt but they work with me and I have exchanged purses a lot. A purse has to fit like a pair of shoes! The last time I changed the dept . head had an attitude with me. It’s okay. I deserved it. I have changed too many times! I do like Penny’s. Just ask my husband!

I love JCP they have great sales on clothes year round, but also a great selection of clearance, which is really rare. Friendly staff that's always willing to help, not to mention the in store sephora!

JCPenney always has plenty of sales available for casual and professional clothing from 50%-85% off. I always go there to buy suits and it really pays off to sign up as a member of their store.

Went to Sephora and the young lady was amazing. She was very patient, knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed.
