FM 685 Animal Hospital

So amazing here. I brought my dog in last minute because she hurt her leg. They had an opening to see her within an hour of me calling. They talked me through everything that was going to be done and the costs so that I had no surprises at the end since I have no insurance on her. Received great and honest care. Would definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend Dr. Gupally he has an excellent care way he provides the pets. A unique gift he has is he understands both pet owners & their pets. He has a spiritual connection with animals. Great veterinarian.

Incredible staff from the front desk to the assistants and head vet. They made a same day appointment for our new puppy and had so much patience answering my many questions. They were incredible kind and gentle with the dog and very warm with me. So glad to have found a wonderful new vet for our pups!!

I took my little guy in for a annual checkup. Dr. Gudapally had such a genuine concern for him and answered all my questions and had excellent bed side manner. Ladies at the front end are welcoming and so nice! Place was clean. My second visit was with Dr. Rush. I love coming to places where all staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease even when some bad news is given.

We love FM685. They always see us right away, even for emergencies. Every employee and doctor we've encountered has been caring, thorough, and passionate about animals. The prices can vary from reasonable to a bit pricey - but overall for quality of care the price is well justified. The facilities are clean and organized as well. Their love for pets shows.

They are the best of the best! Our baby Nemo Maltese no bigger palm of hand, only a few weeks old got parvo! She almost died but with IVs medication and I was there as soon as they opened stayed all day. She made it through. Thank you for saving our Captain Nemo all grown up now. We wouldn't trust anyone else with as a family member , much love to your staff they are so compassionate helping us get through that time. Thank You

Dr. Carter and her staff were very caring and compassionate when we had the unfortunate task of accompanying a family member in helping their beloved dog transition into the next life. They first asked questions about the pet's behavior and recent activity followed by an examination then fully explained how gentle and peaceful the procedure would be. She also privately gave us all the time we needed to say goodbyes. It was a very difficult day but the staff at FM 685 Animal Hospital was able to lessen the pain and provide a level of comfort much needed in order to get through it as easy as possible.

I have been taking my pets to 685 animal hospital for 10 years. I have always been satisfied with the service. Recently I had to put my sweet elderly pup to sleep. The kindness and care were overwhelming. They made this very difficult decision an easy process and paid attention to my pups feelings as well as the family. I highly recommend this vet.

The staff is always friendly and Dr. G shows that he really cares about your animal. I've been to a few places in the Pflugerville area and ended up at this location.

Never had an issue with billing, their prices are fair and they are very accommodating for appointments.

Plus, they recently re-opened the lobby so it's easier than waiting in your car now and all the telephone calls.

Dr G and Morgan are the greatest. They have a deep understanding and a rare gift to truly connect with animals. Our cat has seen countless vets for 10 years trying to figure out what's wrong and Dr G accurately diagnosed her the first time he saw her. Even the office staff is divine. This is truly a clinic of angels. We'll never go anywhere else.

We have been using Dr. Gudipally for our animals care for over 15 years . He is very considerate and patient with all of them. He has seen us thru the life and loss of two labs, a rat terrier, three cats, and currently caring for our two Chihuahuas. He always shoots us straight and does it with great care. Can't say enough about how much we appreciate the care!

First time, everything went smooth. Did a progesterone test for my dog with same day results, which nobody else in the area does.

I really like these folks. My pet Luna can be a very difficult pooch, but they are patient with her.

My fur baby Gabriel loves this places and I do too...they went beyond with taking care of Gabe after his surgery. I can not be more please with the level of care they showed me and my baby. I would highly recommend this vet and his wonderful staff for all your pets need.😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍👍

We have 7 cats, and they all came down with the same respiratory illness. 685 was fast and extremely courteous when I told what's been going on. Eventually, all cats were brought in and treated. The staff went above and beyond, seeing me visually frustrated, by helping me with all the cats. I had to bring them in one at a time, and never once did they complain about it. I won't go anywhere else! Highly recommend, easy to get an appointment online, most of the time, next day visits.

Dr. Rush and her team were amazing. She really took the time to listen to our cats symptoms, explain the test results, and give her advice on the pros and cons of doing various medications. Highly recommended!

I woke up one morning and my puppy was drooling, throwing up, and just not acting normal. I called Fm 685 animal hospital to see what I could do, and they scheduled me and appointment within the next 20 minutes. I took my pup in, and we checked in and was escorted into a room less than 2 minutes. I love the doctor, he is also nice and patient, as well as the techs. I have only been here twice, but I plan on using them from now on.

I came in with my friend to have her dogs checked. The Doctor and rest of the staff was very helpful and supportive. They have safety measures when it comes to easily startled pets or provoked ones. Give them their space.
