Sweet and very kind people. My family dog passed away due to age, called them to bring him in to get cremated and got to request his ashes back. They have good package deals where you can choose what urn you want. They helped us load him off and were very respectful towards us. Definitely recommend this clinic.

They where able to fit us in last second to see our girl Penny, They where very gentle and took their time with her. Doc evaluated the injury and consulted with us explaining everything. The price was very reasonable. We are very please with Town & Country and will be bringing our dogs back here. Highly reccommend.

We love this Vet! They're so friendly & you can see they really care. Our family rabbit had a late afternoon scare with some neighborhood dogs & they stayed & helped after they were supposed to close. My son was so scared that he would not make it but they pulled him through!!!
Even with the follow-ups, they are all so happy to see how he's progressing!!
They care about their patients & you can tell! 10⭐
They also informed us that our lady rabbit was actually a manly rabbit 🤣 We had no idea!!!! 🤯

This vet is so compassionate. My sweet girl was in liver failure and the tech was so awesome, I really appreciated her kindness.

I've been taking my 2 corgis here. Everyone is always welcoming and love to see the corgis lol. They get us in a room pretty quickly, answer any questions or concerns I have and of course the dogs always get a little treat. They always have a sheet with all shots/procedures and pricing to go over with me(which I appreciate-other vets have tried to sneak stuff in or not be clear with pricing) Overall I am very happy with this vet and will be continuing to bring my precious dogs here.

Got us in quickly in an emergency situation and we’re able to see us same day where our other vet could not. They got our puppy hydrated and medicated and educated us on how to take care of him over the next couple of weeks at home. Their rates were very reasonable. I will be checking with my own bed and possibly moving my four dogs to your veterinary clinic as well because of the excellent service you gave us last night! Great job and friendly people!!

Love them! We've known Doc, Lisa, and Jennifer for 10 years. Even though we moved to North Fort Worth we still see them for the ferel babies we foster. Picture are of Snickers, our current foster!

I just love these ladies, sweet, passionate and very knowledgeable. They stay up to date and even got my pit Rose treated for her allergies! Who would've thought? All of Roses hair came back and she's beautiful again. Before (lots of small patches missing) & After (hair back and beautiful)

I absolutely love this place. I was hesitant after reading these yelp reviews but I also refused to go to Banfield after a friend's horror story of a puppy she had for a week :(

I called ahead of time to find out if they could give my puppy some vaccines so she could go to doggy daycare. The lady on the phone was so helpful and patient with my millions of questions as this is my first dog ever. She was very upfront about the costs and packages that were cost effective as opposed to paying for individual vaccines. She was able to set me up with an appointment that same day even though I was prepared to wait a few days for an opening.

Fast forward. I showed up and was welcomed with huge smiles. The lobby was super clean. I was immediately showed to a waiting room so I could fill out some paperwork without my pup being all over the place. The waiting rooms were also super clean :)
While handing in the paperwork, some of the staff came out to meet her and gave her so many compliments. It made me feel good as a first time dog mom. This was my pup's real first time in public and dealing with people other than me. Each person gave me amazing advice and even some samples for my pup to try to make training a bit easier.

I went back to the room to wait for our tech. We probably waited for 5 minutes or less. She was so nice and very attentive. She listened to our needs since my pup needed specific vaccines. I was super nervous. I myself hate going to the doctor but she made it so easy. They took my pup to the back to do her exam and then came back to verify what the doctor said she could have as far as vaccines. Again, she was swooped away to the back. I could hear the staff aweing over her. I was so happy my pup wasn't whining or scared. When she was brought back to me, I couldn't even tell that she had a bunch of vaccines. She took it like a champ.

The doctor came and spoke to me briefly while my pup was getting her nails trimmed as a courtesy. He was very straight to the point and gave me some knowledge.

Finally, I went to check out. The costs were a bit overwhelming but I was prepared from the initial phone conversation. They were kind enough to give me quotes for future procedures that I asked for. I got some additional appointments set up as well and we were done with our visit.

I love that this place is 10 minutes from my house. It limits my pup getting car sick. Their hospitality is EVERYTHING! I almost want them to have a human clinic because I was so comfortable ;)

The staff and Veterinarian were so helpful and friendly. My vet took her time to get to know my pet and come up with a treatment plan. They are also very affordably priced. They are all cheerful and welcoming. I will be bringing all my pets here from now on. I highly recommended Town & country Veterinary Clinic.

We moved to Texas recently, so I was a bit nervous to take our dog to a new vet, but they were AMAZING. All of the staff were very kind and helpful and gave Rosie lots of love during her wellness exam and vaccines! The prices are reasonable and they gave us a breakdown of prices before doing anything.

This clinic was beyond nice I took my rat in because she had a tumor and even from the first call I made they were incredibly nice and understanding.When I went for our appointment it sadly wasn't the news I wanted, they gave us many options of what we wanted to do and were very considerate of our budget. Sadly my baby was put to sleep but this clinic definitely made me feel at ease knowing my rat was taken care of with good hands.I am grateful that this clinic is near me and I forever trust them for future visits❤

This is Finn, and he is 4 1/2 years old and he has been going to Town And Country since he was a puppy. I was a local but have since moved to Haslet, I still drive him the 30min to see Dr. Nelson and his team for Finn’s appointments because of how great they are! I truly appreciate them and can’t thank them enough!

The staff is friendly and efficient. Knowledgeable. They keep you informed of care needed and added costs if needed. No surprises. Costs are high no matter where you go and T&C comparable to other Vets

Every time I've been there it has been a good experience, they are professional and they talk to you transparently about the costs before you make a decision. Appointments are always available, sometimes for the same day.

What a wonderful welcome to Texas. I was concerned about finding a vet for my pups and took a chance with this group. I am so pleased with their care of my 3 dogs. The staff is welcoming and vets professional. I look forward to them caring for my pups for a long time.

This is the place to bring your pets if you want them treated like family. Staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and concerned, making you feel comfortable and your pet as well. Highly recommend

Fantastic customer service and pet care! The team really cares. My dog is never trusting of anyone but loves the team here. He usually won’t even let me cut his nails, but he let them. Fantastic team. Highly recommend.

Staff is super friendly and super helpful. I have a kitten that is very new and they were very knowledgeable and helped ease any stress I had.
