Romex Pest & Termite Control

Nate was wonderful in explaining all Romex services (in great detail) and showing me some concerns we may want to be aware of (especially having little ones). He also gave me a "tip" in using my peppermint essential oil around my window seals. The following day David Mendez came out and was very thorough and professional and kind. He also gave us some helpful tips. We appreciate the all natural sprays Romex uses as well and look forward to continue working with them!

I needed an urgent service done on the same day and Romex was able to service me. He did an amazing job and inspected the premises. I will absolutely use them for future requests.

Brandon came out today for our monthly pest control service. He was efficient in performing the inspection and applying preventative pest control. Afterwards he explained everything he saw and told me how to utilize their warranty if needed. Brandon was very friendly and informative.

Ismael Ruiz did a fantastic job!! He was very polite and courteous. He went over everything with me before hand. At the end we discussed what he found/noticed and made recommendations/notes for things to do when the weather starts warming up. Very pleasant experience with Ismael.

We had called Romex for a re-service at our home as we were getting a lot of ants inside the house. The technician Horacio was on time and listened to our concerns. He spent time attending to our concerns one by one and also gave good advice. Thanks a lot for good service.
