I came in to choose a wedding dress and had the best experience with Jo-Nathan. He did a great job asking me questions to figure out what I style I wanted to make sure I found the perfect dress. Needless to say, we found the one!! He made sure it was everything I wanted and more. Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Such an amazing experience here! We came in as walk-ins and they immediately helped us to do an appointment on the spot to try on dresses. We came in for my best friend’s bridal dress and there was such a huge selection. We were all very impressed by Sharon’s photographic memory. They had us take pictures of the dresses we were interested in and Sharon took just a minute to look at all our photos and miraculously grabbed all the dresses we showed her in the photos (we had nearly 10 of them!). They gave us an hour to try on dresses and the store manager Joe-Nathan checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was going well. This was our 3 bridal store we went to and my bestie found her dress!!! Crystal from alterations was super helpful too and gave us quotes on what alterations would cost. There was no pressure at all to purchase or do alterations which was quite refreshing! We really loved the service and efficiency of the entire team and cannot wait to see my best friend walk down the aisle. Thank you!!

Great experience! I was in desperate need for a dress for a wedding I am attending (a dress I ordered never delivered). Usually it is hard because of my height and stature to walk in and buy something. Jo Nathan greeted me and was kind and helpful. He helped pull multiple dresses for me and assisted me. I found an amazing dress right off the rack! I came back the next day to pick up my dress and Jo Nathan greeted me with such kindness and warmth. Now I know where to go whenever I’m in need of a dress for an event!

Blanca was our sales associate and she did an absolute fabulous job. I go shopping with granddaughters every year for prom dresses and she was amazing.

I couldn’t have had a better experience!!! I needed a dress super last minute, they didn't have what i needed in store so they ordered it - it took maybe 3 days! Crystal did my alterations and she was so lovely! Super nice and talked me through everything about the dress. It was a really great and fast experience! 10/10 recommend the Austin location!

I had the best time shopping for my wedding dress at David’s Bridal! They have a wide selection of gowns! The least expensive dresses I saw were around $275 and the most expensive were $1.7k; they had a pretty big clearance selection too. There were so many different styles ranging from little detail (lace or bling) to very heavily detailed. I arrived about 30 minutes early, so they had me and my crew look through the dresses and see if there was anything that caught my eye before my stylist came. I thought I had a vague idea of what I wanted: there was a mermaid/trumpet dress my bonus mom found & another one I had found so we saved both of those; so when my super sweet stylist came to help me, she pulled my sizes of those dresses off the rack; she also measured me, which was super helpful! My recommendation: whatever size you think you are, size 1-2 up for your wedding dress. I’m usually around an 8-10 and occasionally a 12; my wedding dress size is a 12. There was a 3rd dress one of
my bridesmaids picked out that was completely different than what I thought I wanted: it has covered in bling & an A-line/princess dress cut; my stylist had me try on the other 2 & this one; 3 dresses is about how much you have to try on and a couple re-tries on in an hour appointment time. My stylist had me try on multiple beautiful veils to go with the dresses, classy belts for the 2 mermaid gowns that were simple, elegant lace; and also if I wanted any sleeveless dress to have sleeves added to it she had a beautiful selection that nicely blended in with the dress as if the sleeves were already there! My stylist was encouraging the entire time and made sure that I either liked a dress because I liked it, or didn’t like a dress because I didn’t like it, not because of the group’s approval. Yet she gave my crew time to share their thoughts as well and take photos. The stage area where you show others the dress is covered in mirrors so you get a really good look at everything and there were quite a few other ladies trying on dresses next to me which at first I thought would be awkward but it so wasn’t! Everyone was either kind of kept to themselves, so it didn’t feel crowded, it felt like my own appointment. And I ended up finding a dress that I believe gives glory to God! The only downside I had to the appointment is that a teenage girl legit stole my wallet. Everyone went looking for it at the end of the appointment, we all started walking out, until my dad saw it hidden with her purse and he had to ask for it back from her, she eventually gave it back. But that’s not David’s Bridal’s fault. I’d just say keep your wallet on you at all times/have it on the stage or in the dressing room itself, my dad was holding it for me and put it down on a chair temporarily and she grabbed it. Now back to the good part, my dress ended up costing around $500; the veil was around $200 & the weather proof carrying case I got was $25; they also sell $5 carrying cases that aren’t weather/water proof. I do have to get alterations because my dress was the last one of its kind, but one size too big, so total I’ll end up spending around $1-1.5k on all things wedding dress. They also let you pick out 3 bridesmaid dress swatches for free. And definitely sign up for the Diamond membership before you get there, it’s free, not just to sign up but the entire time, no hidden fees, it lets you take a style quiz and get little goodies when you check out. And again, my stylist was so sweet, definitely get an appointment, because it’s free & they can give you price break downs as well as items that make the dress customized to your style. And if you have no clue what you want they’ll help you pick out dresses too, but since I got there early, and had a good idea of what I wanted, I just picked them out.

We had a great experience at this location. Kirsten. W went above and beyond for us. We appreciate all of her help. My niece said yes to the dress. We will definitely come back and give them our business in the future. Ty again Kirsten for everything you rock!

Today my best friend and I, the bride and matron of honor, had a scheduled appointment at the Austin location. We were paired with Keila, our stylist. She did an outstanding job assisting us and providing many different dress options. Outside of her attentiveness, she was kind and professional. I’m sure that this experience would not have been as smooth without her with us every step of the way. The next time you’re in need of a piece from David’s ask for Keila!! Top tier customer service!

Chloe and Becky were so helpful! They are the sweetest ever. We LOVE a girls girl‼ Our appointment went over the time but they were so worried about getting us the right dress and didn't even budge when the time came. We found it!! And thanks to the manger we were able to work out a payment with lay a way. Thank you so much🫶🏽

I came in as a walk-in to just get a sense of the style I would want. My wedding is 18 months away. Our stylist Jillian was absolutely amazing. She helped me find the dress I fell in love with. She along with all the managers asked all the right questions to make sure this was everything I wanted. Definitely recommend 10/10!

I made an appointment to find a Mother of the Bride dress at David’s Bridal after trying on 50 dresses all over the place. And I knew that I needed some guidance because I was getting depressed that NOTHING fits me. I am a tiny woman. Not only am I short but I am petite all over. I found too many great looking dresses and the prices were so amazing that I ended up purchasing three. Because you never know when you will need a great dress! The staff who I met was great and friendly and super helpful. Special shout out to Kirsten who helped me look. Maddie is a superstar who really went above and beyond taking pictures and clipping me into several dresses. Finally, the alterations were done by - I forgot her name Sharon or Cheryl or maybe neither of those names, I’m old and forget things. But she was fast and friendly and fun!

I moved here a few weeks ago & do not know anyone. My sister is getting married & the bridal party got together at David's Bridal in Houston. I showed up to the Austin location to at least be apart of it. I felt alone without anyone to actually look at dresses & zip me up. My sister was on the phone with the other bridesmaids in the background. The staff were nice, but I still felt unseen until Vanessa came over. She saw me & helped without me asking. She told me how I looked in each dress & made me feel so comfortable. She has no idea how I was feeling & just her being kind made all the difference. I feel so much better now. Thank you Vanessa for being kind, gentle, patient, accommodating, & gracious! 🥰

My experience was awesome! Vanessa was very sweet and so helpful! Vanessa didn’t even feel like a stylist, but more like a friend, as we were chatting the entire time, while she still providing her suggestions and feedback. And yes, I was super excited I found my dress for my special day!

Zeina and the management team were incredible! We needed a veil, a dress exchange and bridesmaid dresses for bridesmaids in different states. Zeina was patient, professional and amazing to comb the store for every possible option, even calling other stores to make sure we got what we needed! I’ll be back for every occasion!

We came to David’s Bridal to look for our daughter’s prom dress. We looked through the racks ourselves and found some but when Way asked us what the prom theme was and what colors we are looking for she nailed it for us. She found the perfect prom dress for my daughter.

Blanca and Eric was wonderful. I wasn't looking forward to visit, wasn't feeling 100%. Once we started everything ran smoothly and we had the best time during the appointment. They both made the experience memorable.

Going to this store was the best decision I've ever made! The store is big, neat and has many options. When I first went I didn't make an appointment because I didn't know I needed one and they still helped me right in.
Wilma, the one that helped me choose a dress and Try them on was very nice. She was patient, she brought me so many options. I loved how she stayed on my budget and would really listen to what I liked or did not.
I did have second thoughts on my dress and had returned to get the one I really wanted. They gladly helped me and worked with me.
I would definitely recommend this place and if you can get Wilma to help you it would be amazing! You won't regret it 🙂

We had Sharon Luna help us with dress shopping for my daughter and could not have chosen a better helper. She was kind and patient and listened to what she wanted. She made dress shopping so enjoyable. The manager on duty, Wilma Guzman, was also helpful. We found the perfect dress and said , "YES!"

Be careful if you go in while Crystal is working; I went in just to look, and she managed to find my dream wedding dress in probably less than an hour (without breaking the bank). With the help of the tailor, we solved the minor things I would like to change about it, and I walked out thinking, wait we were just supposed to look! Jokes aside, everyone in the store was so helpful and made me feel so special even before my big day! Thanks, y’all!

Went in just to look for bridal dresses and ended up purchasing my wedding dress! All thanks to Vanessa! She worked very well with me and understood what I was looking for. She gave me suggestions and options as I was commenting on what I liked and did not liked from previous dresses. We had a great conversation and bonded over life experiences which made my overall purchase a very great experience. Thank you Vanessa for helping me find my dream wedding dress and making me feel like a princess!!
