Can’t speak on the actual stay experience, this is a customer service review. Booked this place last min as somewhere to stay before leaving MO again in two weeks but during flight back home I lost my ID. Without sending them a check in day selfie holding your ID then you can’t stay there. On the website it says no REFUNDS AT ALL especially for situations that are caused by the guest during or before the stay that leads to cancellation. Well my cost was around 1,800$ and it says clear multiple times what would cause a non refundable cancellation and I checked multiple of those boxes. However, even though it was my fault that I couldn’t start/complete my stay and had to cancel they still gave me a full refund after talking to their customer service team for a little bit. Happy to see more companies running their business as a person and not ALWAYS as a business.

Stayed at 23 Elliston in Nashville, it was great! We were able to get extra towels and pillows which usually a vrbo won't help with, made the stay good.

Wonderful place. Everything you need. The location is a great safe walking area for breakfast restaurants and shops! Very comfortable. Definitely a great value!
